It's a tad pricy up front (I got most of this for my birthday), but several of these things will last me many pours. The canvases (obviously), the floetrol, the silicone oil, and the popsicle sticks will last for quite some time. It's possible the varnish will as well - I'm not sure yet, I haven't varnished my first canvas yet. Really the paint seems to be the thing that will run out the fastest unless you buy large sizes. I did cheap paint for my first pour, just to get kind of an idea, but I really liked how it turned out so I'm not inclined to buy anything more expensive for now. There are some other things that I had on hand an don’t have prices. Items like gloves, plastic cups, a butane torch, and the garbage bag I put under it.

I'm using these with epoxy resin, and they are great! Very vibrant colors that you can combine to make custom colors. Also, a little goes a long way, so they should last a while.

The white and gold are opaque, and the others are transparent. (I haven't used the black at all, so I'm not sure if that one is transparent or opaque.)

For the Rainx, it's just the original Rainx in the yellow bottle, which I also transferred into a small mister/spritzer.

I put 1 spray of the LW into the black paint & swirled lightly before pouring... I was not impressed by the cells so I sprayed 1 spray of RX. I was experimenting so I'm not sure if the LW contributed to the cell formation or if it was mostly the RX.

I did not use any silicone in any of the other colors I poured.

I might video the next one, idk.. seems a liiiiiittle pretentious (since I basically know zero about this) lol but at least then I'll be able to remember what I did!!!

It’s an easy 1:1 mixture, the hardest part is keeping hair/animals/fingers away from it while it cures!

I used a lot more pouring medium than any directions that I found suggested. One tutorial I found suggested that the consistency of each paint be like buttermilk, I went for a more liquidy consistency.

I wanted to make sure that when I poured each paint into the cup (for a dirty pour) that none of the colors mixed together. I also added 5 drops of silicone into each cup for the three paints. I was also extra gentle when I tipped it to get it to spread as I didn't want to ruin the contrast.

I've wanted to try pouring on a tie for a while now, I think I just might have to give it a go and report back! After some research online, it seems fabric paints are very similar in composition to acrylic paints. The main difference seems to be they are thinner/less dense, and more fluid. I'm gonna buy some fabric medium, as it appears to be the best choice for creating an acrylic pour without getting 'crunchy' on the fabric once it dries.

I use these picnic plate covers. It also helps keep away small insects in the summertime while the resin is drying

I used Cricut's adhesive vinyl link to product. after the paint is completely dry the vinyl kinda shows up as a slightly raised area in the paint so you can find it fairly easily. All you have to do is peel it up, getting it started can be tricky, but once you get it going it comes up easy. If you don't wait long enough though the acrylic paint can stretch or tear along the edge of the image and cause rough lines or ares you will end up having to touch up.

Except black I used a different paint that was definitely heavier and that lead to lots of the colors sinking into it
