Actually I do, and much cheaper than a band saw! I found this guy on sale for about $50 after tax at a Home Depot about a year go.

Cons:

Not as great with curves.

And it doesn't come with the dremel/rotary tool - but I found one at a garage sale for $5 so...

There are other options it looks like (especially if you go the wish/ali express way), but I bought the Dremel brand one and it has been great.

I have actually used it for cutting harder materials than foam, and so foam is like butter - just really easy to work.

There are also tutorials on creating your own rotary cutting discs to fit your needs.
Edit: Cons

I used cheap-ass Master airbrushes and a 3-gal shop compressor with a digital regulator and a moisture trap in between the compressor and the brush. The below, plus a few trips to a hardware store for pneumatic fittings, should be enough.

People regularly say you should get a more expensive, higher quality brush, but to date I've yet to have major problems with my cheapo ones. It seems like the main benefit of the better brushes is ease of cleaning and durability.

Do not use super glue. This will look like garbage, especially if this a plastic or acrylic surface. You can try applying drops of clear epoxy with a fine point as water droplets OVER a matte spray. If its over the spray then it should come clear again (All of the little cavities in the matte spray will be filled in assuming you do this in warmer temps).

Looks good. May I suggest you go get some aluminum tape for the blade. LIke the link below. Fold it around the blade and smooth it out with your fingers. Gives a good blade effect. Also, the smoother the wood of the blade the smoother the tape.

I've seen - somewhere - a "GIANT" spoof engagement ring. Like [this] (https://www.amazon.com/Giant-Novelty-Engagement-Ring-Wedding/dp/B00507HL2I). Would that or something similar work for you?

You could try one of these.

They also light up, which might be a fun option.

Why not just buy a turkey syringe? It may be big so that may be a problem. Something like this.

Empty capsules are my go-to, put sugar in them or I know they sell colored ones too.

Im thinking of getting a low profile headphone set like similar https://www.amazon.com/Kicker-Profile-Headphones-Black-HP201B/dp/B00CBAXTF0, building onto it with resin covered foam. My issue is these "fingers" Not sure where to begin.. could get some Earbud headphones with 3d Printed circular enclosures, but then the thin stopped armatures is the issue...
