I am having the same problem. Also I have not received the Free Collectors Bag for finding all playing cards in Grand Theft Auto Online. I currently have a support ticket open to R* games to address both of these issues. The first response from them was a dismissal (as if they didn't even read my first message).

I understand that the collectors bag is normally 15 gold bars in game. It appears support did not actually read my message?

I should have received the collectors bag free for collecting the 54 cards in GTA online. As well while wasting more of my time looking for these links, I found that I also need to be refunded for the 15 gold bars that I spent getting the 'Bounty Hunter License' as I had also linked my Rockstar account with my Twitch Prime account back in July.  Please correct this on my account. I have included links to Rockstar own promotion pages on these topics. If Rockstar Games does not intend to honor their promotions, please make arrangements to refund my account for 'Red Dead Redemption 2' from my account.

Hey all, I wanted to share a "fix" I discovered for the constant 0x20010006 error code disconnects. It's not a great solution, but it 100% worked and I no longer disconnect. I tried everything from Port Forwarding, UPnP, DNS Settings, MTU Settings, DMZ host, static IP, clear cache, restart this/restart that, etc etc. None of that ever worked and I would constantly be disconnected.

Ever since plugging that unit in and connecting my PS4 via wifi, I haven't experienced any disconnects. It's not a great solution as it comes with an $180 price tag, but it 100% solved the issues I was experiencing. My only guess as to why this new Netgear unit works better is due to the amount of downstream/upstream channels. The old Arris unit was 8x4 and this Netgear one is 24x8. I'm not an expert, but that appears to be the biggest difference between the two units. Maybe someone else here has more insight as to why this new modem/router would fix the issue, but I hope this is helpful.

I was having constant disconnects from launch until about a month ago. Then I bought a newer modem and router.

For the past month, with that hardware, I've had almost no disconnects at all. They still happen rarely, but usually I can play for hours on end.

When Vice City came out, My friends and I would pass the controller around just watch each other play singleplayer, running around shooting cops, driving cars off jumps.. it was the coolest thing ever. We never expected more content to show up, we just wanted to explore and see what we could find.. We couldn't imagine being able to play all in the same game at once.. And now I get to do that with those same friends even though their in different states, we get into a posse, go fishing, steal wagons, hunt wolves and get into shootouts in a saloon.

I'm just calling out the circle-jerk, its a Meme on this subreddit to talk about how miserable it is to play this game. and I thought I would bring in some perspective of time and understanding.

The whole "Rockstar Hates it's players" meme is toxic, and doesn't solve anything...

Another perspective to add, Last year I read the Jared Kushner book, Jacked, which is some history of early rockstar, written after the "hot-coffee " incident and before Reddead Redemption one was even released. You'll see that RockStars founders are gamers themselves, and want to make the games they want to play. On the gamer book front, I have to recomend Master's of Doom too, also by Kushner

The shitty thing about this is, I want more too. I want heists and story content.. I want a god damned Undead nightmare sequel, and I get upset when I disconnect when I've got a 3star carcass and a bunch of pelts heading back to the butcher, I get upset hopping onto Rockstar's website, hoping I might see an update, and there is, except its for GTAO.... We're on the same side as consumers, I'm just not making it personal, and when I see others doing so, I try to offer perspective in a world that's in the dark as to when new content is coming.
