This is the dakimakura cover that Good Smile Company sold at their booth at Comiket 96. That was an "early sale" for people who could attend the event, but they are now taking preorders for their general release, which will be in November.
For those men of culture out there interested in cuddling with Senko-san, here in her nighttime yukata, you will need to have a Japanese purchasing agent order it for you, since they will not ship it directly to you outside of Japan. A user friendly option is White Rabbit Express.
As for a matching size pillow, this one would fit the bill.

There are nose bridge clip glasses that basically use pressure from the bridge and the nose pads to keep the glasses on. They are typically used for reading glasses, but I've seen them for fashion as well for people who don't like them sitting on their ears.
