This is why I have a bidet. Amazon has cheap ones you can just add to your toilet without having to change the seat or anything, it just hooks up to the same water your toilet fills up with. I also hide the toilet paper when I have clients over, so they have to use it.

There is another one on amazon that is cheaper ($17,) well-reviewed and I believe it’s listed as the best-seller. However, I purchased it and it’s a total piece of crap. Couldn’t get it to lock in place so my phone kept tipping forward. So frustrating. So I would recommend just getting the $30 option that is much better quality. I’m mad I wasted $17 on the shitty one.
If you can’t afford a tripod, I think selfie sticks are like $10 or less and you can kind of use them as a makeshift tripod with your phone’s delay photo feature.
