You can buy a premium subscription and read it on Crunchyroll, although you don't have access to chapters once some time has passed. Or you can also buy the individual chapter on Comixology or on Amazon too.
But if you want to read it pirated for free, wait until Mangalife uploads the official release of this chapter, so far they haven't done it and the one available is the fan typeset, but they'll eventually update it one of these days.

Comes with a lot of accessories and very high quality. They also come as other characters (prices fluctuate) so it might be worth finding out who her favourite character is; but you should be able to get most for around £40.
Yeah he pales in comparison to the Japanese VA but he's not that bad it takes a bit of getting used to. They have dubbed it up to the beginning of the Enies Lobby Arc and are probably doing more.

Hi! For the physical disc Amazon Japan has it here and can ship internationally (But you need a specific account for Amazon JP even if you have one for Amazon.com).
It's always a little bit wishy-washy with Japanese CDs/soundtracks and iTunes. There hasn't been an announcement about any tracks being available even for iTunes Japan right on June 7th the release date, but everything does show up there eventually. Here is season 1's.

the shields are custom from their website for another $50. I took a logo off deviantart and gimped it so that colors would match a blue background. just go to their website if you want to know more.
I got the headphones really cheap from amazon so I didn't see the logos as too much of a high cost. iirc it's cheaper if you go with one of their pre-designed logos.
Here's one I got on amazon, correct shape. I actually gave it away, but I still have the Elucidator I got that looked very similar and the chain hasn't broken on it at all.
If you know how to stitch patches onto fabric at least semi-neatly, there's a jacket that is perfect for only $10 more than the one that already has the patches attached.
It's also going to be more durable and probably more comfortable to wear in general, so that you wouldn't be spending the money on a jacket that you would only be able to wear at cons out of fear of wearing it down or discomfort.

As for collections, there is the Colossal Edition, which contains the first 5 volumes. However, if you want to read beyond the anime, you'd have to buy the individual volumes. Volume 15 was the most recent, and Volume 16 comes out in April.
