I have not seen any truly scientific tests, but this is on the right track.

From what I understand, most USB cables are 28awg, so finding one with larger wires (which would be a smaller awg number) will prevent the voltage from dropping too much over long distances. Something like this from Monoproce with 24 gauge power conductors should perform better, and this Tronsmart cable with 20awg conductors should be even better, but isn't available in anything greater than 6 ft.

The Anker PowerLine cables are good quality mainstream cables, but there seem to be some inconsistency in their marketing. Some diagrams show 20awg positive power conductors, but not equally sized ground conductors, and the product listings themselves don't quote any specific gauge - just that they're "designed with a thick wire gauge".

As for length, as I am sure you know, the rule is to use as short a cable as you can get away with.

Unfortunately I don't have any data or rules of thumb about how long is too long.

I highly recommend looking at the One Plus One. Its 300-349$ but you are getting a great phone for that price. Its specs are on par with most high end phones that sell for 600$+
http://oneplus.net/one

The Moto g is a great phone for about 200$

if you dont want to spend as much I've heard the lumia 520 (or 521 or 530) is a good pick for under 100$ or the 630 for about 100$ is good to.
520: http://www.amazon.com/Nokia-Lumia-Unlocked-Windows-Phone/dp/B00CKUBLFQ
635: http://www.amazon.com/T-Mobile-Nokia-Lumia-635-Contract/dp/B00LIWB34Q

S10. If you can afford it, get a plus. Right now Amazon has some pretty great prices on international versions:

S10+
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NZX5BKH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_CMMgDbN415RZG

S10
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NZXXZB2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_rOMgDbK6CZABN

The only issues with the international versions is that they only support at&t and TMobile networks (so dependent things like cricket work) but you can save a good chunk of money that way, or get a chunk more performance.

Also, between those two phones you've got up there, the iPhone 8 a terrible option. Apple may still support it a little longer, but getting a current gen phone will balance that out mostly, not to mention that the S10 is just a superior phone.

im not terribly experienced with touchwiz so the samsung I cant really judge, but my moto g from 2014 is still going strong in my sister's use. My only point is that typically, the more you spend on smartphones, the longer they will last and will save you more money in the long run so i would spend a little more for the g4, maybe the g4 plus if you're into fingerprint sensors. motorola is also know for pretty quick updates, but not so much anymore since they were bought by lenovo. The g4 is also on sale right now

Only one port, but good otherwise. Good luck finding a 6000mah powerbank that has QC 2.0 and two USB ports. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0193B5VVY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_wL0sxbAH8CF9R

VicTsing Clip Supreme Fisheye Lens + 12X Macro + 24X Super Macro 3 in 1 Lens Kit for Apple iPhone SE 7/ 7 Plus, 6 6S/ 6 Plus, Apple 5/5S/5C/4 HTC Sony LG (No Dark Circle by the Fisheye Lens) - Black https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0155X4DJA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_ojNvybCM96KTC Its advertised for specific phones but that is irrelevant. It works on all phones because its just a clip on. Some of my friends have purchased them in the past and it definitely works on all devices, including the Moto G4 Plus

Somebody needs to say it so here goes. Dependent on where and how you can get it the Phone with the most bang for the buck rn can be the lg g8. It's selling for far less than other flagships. It has the best audio output and a physical headphone jack. It has an underrated camera and since you're in Europe, I believe you even get 3 lenses on the back. I just picked one up for $390 Us dollars brand new in box. If your not at the very least giving it a look you're doing your self a disservice. I made a post with some helpful videos that I found whilst researching for days on end if you want to take a peek look here. 407 euro on Amazon UK

I don't really know since I live in US.
You can try and buy it on Amazon.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/ZTE-Axon-7-grey-unlocked/dp/B01I092IPC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1498180038&sr=8-1&keywords=Axon+7

You can try eBay but the seller is from China, so you are expecting a long wait. Not sure how reliable it is getting it shipped from China.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Unlocked-5-5-ZTE-AXON-7-Quad-Core-4G-LTE-Android-6-0-Smartphone-20MP-Dual-SIM-/232240934359?var=&hash=item3612a36dd7:m:mRZKUzAJCTRCM8ImY_mNEQg

Either way, it is under your max budget. You can wait for newer phone to come out if you are interest. There is newer Axon phone but not sure how well it would. It is up to you.

For me, I am just simply happy with my ZTE Axon 7 for its price and performances.

Edit:

Forgot to answer your last part.
Well, the "4-6 batteries on screen" is basically where it allows you to monitor how long you have been using your phone while it is on. I don't mean like playing some music and turning off the screen then go on your day. It is more of like you are constantly using your phone non-stop like browsing reddit. Someone can correct me if I am wrong but that is what I believe it is. Of course, you can't really check it on your iPhone because Apple didn't really allow it or something with their battery monitoring app. For Android user, I believe some of us use GSam Battery Monitor.

Probably, but it’s going to be a bit of a search. You’re probably going to have better luck getting an adapter box and a USB-C extension. Run that extension to the adapter behind you dash and have the 3.5mm and usb go where it needs to from there.

I did the same thing with a USB-C to HDMI (with power delivery) in my minivan for my kids to watch Netflix on the road.
