This (new?) book from 2011 is pretty crappy, except for some original interviews she did. Here is a detailed and very thorough review, which I recommend and would copy and paste in my reply, but it's too long. Her evading questions and simply pimping her book at Rogan didn't increase her credibility either. I'm definitely steering clear of anything she wrote. Two good books about Area 51 here and here.
If you'd like more information on the systems that preceded Key Hole then I can recommend the book "Spies in the sky" by Norris. amazon. The US were launching film-based rockets on a punishingly rapid schedule for a decade. It was an amazing amount of effort.
I saw him (Norris) lecturing a few years ago and one story I recall is that the first spy satellite launched had, of course, no concept of positioning or sensors to tell it when it was over USSR territory. So the entire system was based on a timer. The clock was started at launch and essentially went "turn on at 156 minutes and off at 162 minutes and then on at 1434 minutes ... " and it all had to be worked out beforehand by men with slide rulers. The film was then ejected from the satellite and snatched by a specially modified bomber in mid-air.

What is it you want to know exactly? The physics of stealth are pretty well documented. There are lots of papers out there on what frequencies are used, and how F-117/B-2/F-22/F-35 deals with those threats. There are also papers on how VHF radar can detect those platforms, but not something bigger.
This is a good starting point
