This is the one I bought recently: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00025H2PY/
I buy in bulk because I also use it around my yard as pest control - it's basically microscopic shards of glass and this cuts up a bugs exoskeleton when it crawls over it. Anyway, you can use any food grade diatomaceous earth though. I buy whatever brand is cheap as long as reviews are good. Food grade, not pool grade because that's poison. I just mix 1 tbsp in a glass of water and down it (you might want to start with 1tsp and work up to avoid GI issues). Tastes like chalk.
If you're the type of person who can't handle drinking chalk water, then you can buy silica tablets instead. I used to take the NOW brand but switched to DE because it's a lot more cost effective.
So I had some killer orange Nairagi that I got for dinner and had about 1oz leftover and some left over Knorr rice. Sprinkled in some Wasabi Furikake and dipped in some Chili Ponzu. Surprisingly tasty.
I have no shame
