I actually have a nifty after market gas cap for my car that I got ages ago that really helps with that.
Though there are just some days I look down at my hands and go "seriously?" when they refuse to do something they could do fine the day before...

They have several sizes, though I don't think they have any big enough for the stock amox bottles.
