I quite enjoyed it. Another decent recommendation (that I've yet to finish cause I'm in the middle of about 6 books) is You Are Here by Thich Nhat Hanh recommended by a friend that was also just discovering Mindfulness.

I hopped on my mini elliptical and just kept going until my feet hurt. I wasn't doing anything else so might as well. I do it while I watch TV. :) I love that thing so much!
