So there are actually two components here: the sensor component with power shut-off and the actual humidifier component. The sensor component I'm using is the WILLHI WH1436H Mini Plug-n-play Digital Air Humidity Controller with probe from amazon - that's the important part. It lets me set a 'start' range and a 'stop' range. So it goes 'on' whenever the humidity drops below 60% and stops when it hits 75%. I had to calibrate it a fair bit because I've got the sensor on top of the tank rather than IN the tank (so readings of 50-65% actually match tank readings of 60-75% I've found) but after some fiddling it's worked like an absolute charm.

This works with any humidifier, which is great because those components break more - but the part I'm using for that is Evergreen Pet Supplies Reptile Humidifier/Reptile Fogger - 2 Liter Tank also from Amazon.
Best humidity tips off the top of my head:
Definitely a solid enclosure—little to no screen. Screen lets humidity out. If you have a screen top, cover the portion of it that doesn’t have lights directly over it with tin foil to trap the humidity in.
Spritz bottles are your friend! I hit the enclosure with it in the morning, and again in the evening.
Your substrate is important. I like EcoEarth for holding moisture, but even better is a mix of soil, sand, etc in a bioactive setup (I’ll be doing this with mine’s adult enclosure). You can also add things like terrarium moss that will hold additional moisture.
Live plants help with humidity!
Mist systems and humidifiers (COOL mist, not hot!) are a a godsend. I use this one: Evergreen Pet Supplies Reptile... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CO9582Y?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share. You can adjust the amount of mist it puts out, and where I have it set, I just have to refill it once a day and it pumps a continuous stream of mist into my enclosure.
I personally have used Cod Liver Oil. I've had my Tegu (now 8 years old) go without pooping for a few weeks during his long sleeping periods. I would give him two good 20-30 minute warm water soaks every day and make sure his head and snout are always above the water. I'd stop feeding any whole-prey items like mice or chicks. I put a drop or 2 of the Cod Liver Oil in his turkey meat mix. Usually within a few days I see him at least trying to pass something and then within 1-2 weeks he starts pooping regularly. I stop giving the the Cod Liver Oil after he has passed some sizable masses. If you can rule out any impaction from consuming substrate or other things, then you'll probably be alright. If your Tegu is bloated and leaning to the side, then I'd just take it to the vet. Although, I have had my difficulties, my tegu has never got to that stage. Make sure your temps are up and make sure your tegu is drinking regularly. Best of luck to your girl.
I would start out with a turkey mash. You can get low fat ground turkey at walmart. The ideal would be to use whole ground chicken but you need a meat grinder. And chop up some veggies into very small pieces like green pepper, mustard greens, zucchini and mix it all up. Mine will eat if I put on fish oil and once a week I dust with calcium/vitamin. Google tegu diet to get lists of acceptable veggies and diet.

My recommendation is to get this meat grinder because it can handle decent sized bones, and then go down to your local asian grocery store and pick up a bunch of chicken wings, salmon heads, a beef liver, some chicken hearts & gizzards, & some shrimp. Go home and grind it all up under the finest settings of the grinder, and then baggy/freeze a bunch of meal sized portions.
When you feed: thaw out a baggie, mix in a little extra calcium powder (no D3) just to be safe, add a little cod liver oil, and mix in some diced fruit. It will mimic a varied diet of whole prey, and he/she will gobble it up like there is no tomorrow.
I use something like this, but I can't vouch for any particular brand.
Not at home right now, won't be for about a day. But this is what I use. Granted he isn't full grown, I was worried about him getting stuck in a deeper tub. I will eventually transfer it to a kitty-litter pan so he can have an actual tub.

The instructions that come with it are godawful and the zippers, until you've used them a few times, are a little sticky but they loosen up and work normally after a few zips and unzips.

The instructions show where the poles go all right but for the tent part there's just this like four step thing on how to use the zippers; the brand logo is on the front top and points up and that's about your only guessing/starting point to try and figure out what the hell to do.

It has a mylar bottom and the tent itself goes underneath that as well so it's already got a dual layer bottom; we added a thick, strong tarp just to add some extra protection against spills or claw damage.
