Did he? Why is Amazon advertising TDOTT as revised? Honestly curious, not being a smart ass.

Edit: Wastelands too

I got it for Kindle from Amazon for $12.99. iBooks is a nice app, but I still get everything from Kindle. I can read it on any phone or computer, and the prices are better.
If you're OK with ordering from europe you can get this full set of matching paperbacks easily:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Dark-Tower-Boxed-Set/dp/0340830247/ref=pd_sim_sbs_b_6?ie=UTF8&refRID=1EB5M1B8P3Z9Z270H881

But I recommend trying to hunt down the hardcover versions (much harder). The cover pictures are the same but they are bigger and contain the illustrations (in glossy pages inserted throughout the book).
You're looking for the ones from this set, right? Amazon probably has them all individually (not necessarily new), you just have to look through all the different editions they offer. Might be easier just to buy the set and have extra copies of 6 and 7. Of course, that set doesn't have Wind Through The Keyhole, so if you're getting a new set you could also look at other pre-movie complete sets.
Let's get some things straight.
It's not just book 1, 2 and 3.
If you look at Product Details is states that it has 4720 pages.
These covers also seem to be new. Not movie tie-in either. Im guessing this based on my new find.l
I've found covers for books 2, 3 and 4 on amazon which wi be released December 27. The letters of SK's name seem to be in line with the new SK covers from Simon and Schuster. The release date is also very close to the boxset.
The Gunslinger is on amazon as well, but without a cover. Books 4.5 - 7 I didnt find.

Some of the things are defined through context, "gunna" (your stuff you're traveling with), "bucka" (some kinds of wagon), then there are the ones that make no sense until explained like ka and tet.
If you're super stuck and planning to read the whole series, take a look at Robin Furth's "Stephen King's The Dark Tower: The Complete Concordance" Amazon link
P.S: There is an updated and expanded one coming in November to reflect Wind Through the Keyhole.
Yes! Here are some more: link link link
These versions of the cards come from this book.
Also, there are books about the dark tower books. Here's a good one:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0451213041/ref=mp_s_a_1?qid=1341592890&sr=8-1.
The Blade Itself
Start here. Better than Game of Thrones, IMO.
I'd recommend both of these books:

https://www.amazon.com/Road-Dark-Tower-Exploring-Stephen/dp/0451213041/
I got mine on Amazon as soon as it was announced after SDCC. Just checked and it's only $6.49 right now!!
Charlie on Amazon
Except that they did.. The comics go up to 12 years after Jericho hill with the Gunslinger Arc.

And they even did the Little Sisters of Eluria.

Also, the Comics were lead by Robin Furth, not Stephen King. :/
I got them from Amazon.

You can buy a used paperback copy for under $5 after shipping on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/ol/0451210840/ref=mw_dp_olp?ie=UTF8&condition=all
I have no idea....though I've seen them around.
I'm fairly certain that there isn't a complete matching set of the Hardcovers available, though there is a seven book matching set for paperback on amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/Dark-Tower-Complete-Gunslinger-Wastelands/dp/1604322667
If you're looking for a complete set of first editions, it's possible...though you start getting kind of expensive once you go back to the first three.
Sorryfor the delay. Saw it on amazon right after I finished my journey, and immediately ordered. Ka is truly a wheel.
Bas Lag is awesome but I'd rather see him move on than run it into the ground. It doesn't look like he's going to run out of ideas anytime soon, he's been publishing regularly. I think I'm going to hit Railsea next.

A little less than a month, I'd say. Here's the timeline I derived for The Road to the Dark Tower:
