I picked up an off-brand replacement on Amazon and it's pretty much perfect. LINK
I got a pair of Otium Soar BT earbuds when they were on sale last week. At 30 bucks they were a steal. They're back up to 40, but I'd still buy them at that price. Been using them in the gym for a week for both lifting and elliptical, they've been great. I've only paired them with my phone, just mentioning because they're cheap and work well enough during workouts.

I got a black canvas strap from Barton on Amazon. Decently priced but the stitching came undone in one spot already. Not a huge deal as I just cut it and melted the rest of it together. I think It looks nice, quick release too.
