If you used Black and White T-Max or another brand Film, it needs to be sent off to a darkroom to be developed, or you could develop them yourself! The Stamp has a darkroom that you can rent out by the hour, and if you find someone who knows how to use it, that's your cheapest option.

Sending them off to a place to be processed could be expensive, but if you can't develop them yourself it's your only option really. You'll have to go to a place like Ritz Camera to get this done.

If you haven't all ready, you should consider joining the photography class next semester. I'm TAing it this semester and it's sadly completely full, but the teacher is really good at getting students in even if you haven't completed the pre-requisites for it. Then you could develop the film yourself.

Or you could just look into getting a C-41 process black and white film. Those can be developed virtually anywhere. http://www.amazon.com/Kodak-BW400CN-Professional-Exposures-Black/dp/B000L9M20G

Edit: the darkroom may not be your cheapest option because I actually have no idea how expensive it is to rent out (though with two people you could split it), and I forgot about the cost of the paper to print it onto...sending it out through Ritz is probably your best option.

your tripping out, just buy the 2nd edition from amazon for like 15$ and save some money and you'll be fine, chemistry hasn't changed a whole lot in the past decade.

I tested into JAPN201 when I came to UMD.

Um, they don't really do JLPT levels at UMD. As far as I can tell, what they covered in JAPN101/102 was Hiragana, Katakana, and some basic conversations. It was a long time ago. But I don't think they cover that much in JAPN101 and JAPN102. Oh JAPN201/202.

Hmm, okay. If you go here, and click on JPN 09, JSL. It's Part 2 (Lesson 13-24) if memory serves correct. This book basically.

But having gone through the program, I think UMD has a really really good Japanese program. Just be aware while JSL has really good content it's written all in weird romanization (like Fuji is Huzi).

something like this you mean?

http://www.amazon.com/TP-LINK-TL-PA2010KIT-Powerline-Adapter-Starter/dp/B00AWRUIY4/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1463407217&sr=8-5&keywords=ethernet+powerline+adapter

I've got one of these in my house. For some reason I didn't think they'd work here, but if they do that's a very reasonable alternative. Thanks!

Like Airth said there's no required book across all sections but some professors may recommend one book or another.

Professor Reinhardt recommended this text for 131 and 132 (I'm assuming that's what you're going into right now): http://www.amazon.com/Java-Foundations-Edition-John-Lewis/dp/0133370461

Googling can find you a pdf I think.

Get him one of these:

https://www.amazon.com/Smoke-Buddy-Personal-Filter-Blue/dp/B00478UIB2

They filter out both smoke and oder, you just need to clean it through with some alcohol (be sure to dry after!) once in a while.

Or you could tell him to go outside.

When I took the class 3 years ago we used Boyce and DiPrima's Elementary Differential Equations. I thought it was a great book since I ended up skipping most of the lectures and teaching the material to myself.

And white. The white is pretty important.

OP: $12 for paint, $5 for brushes.

They make like bracket supports that prevent that from happening. I live in a 100+ year old apt building and nearly everyone has window units. They also make units like this that sit inside, and exhaust through a tube to the window, but they're more expensive. UMD clearly doesn't care enough to put money into the situation.

I live in commons and have this one and it's amazing at just under $70

Use a router that enables MAC address spoofing. I got a nice 14 dollar one off of Amazon that did the trick (there are probably cheaper options too): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LVV3GY6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_jXEdAbF34A3Q1

The textbook usually used is Introductory Econometrics by Wooldridge. Econometrics is an introductory course so as long as you remember the basics of stat 400 you'll be fine. There's stuff in stat 401 like point estimation and central limit theorem that would be useful, but I reckon most people haven't taken that class.

This is the one I got
I really like it because it was affordable but insanely comfortable. The biggest complaint that people had was that it was sticky and got hot. I counteracted these by putting it inside a cover. Been using it for a year now and couldn't be happier. (Using it at home rn)
