Talk about spontaneity, I get up in the morning and I have no idea what I'm going to do. I recently recorded my alarm so the first thing I hear are the five things I must do in order to function.

Have you ever thought about looking at David Allen's stuff? His one little slim paperback, Getting Things Done, has helped me to accomplish things I didn't think I could. His theories are pretty simple, but he's proven them (and made a mint in the process.) Anyway, it's pretty easy to try out, then it's easy to fall off the GTD wagon, and just as easy to get back on.
