I just bought this and in the mornings (around 7 am) I blend a scoop of that, about 8 ounces west soy unsweetened soy milk, 2 big handfuls of spinach, 2 medium bananas, and a 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. Fills up a quart mason jar and keeps me going until noon.
