Sorry! Coulda sworn I made a description with details. Ok here goes.

So, it's a 2006 S60 2.5T Automatic. 125k miles and it's completely stock in every regard. I run 93 octane and Castrol EDGE European Formula 0W-40 for the winter. Current temp was 24 Fahrenheit and vehicle was at operating temperature well before I did this test/pull.

I'm using the OBD Fusion app on iOS 10.2 iPhone 7. The OBD2 reader itself is called the "VeePeak OBD2 Wifi only for iOS and android" Here is a link to it in amazon where I bought it.

Shortly after this, I peaked at 15psi boost :)

URGENT here. Get your engine pressure tested to make sure it is not a blown head gasket. I own a 2006 volvo s40 t5 AWD. And I had misfires out the ass for months and I finally found it it was the head gasket. Luckily I know a volvo mechanic personally and he did the head gasket repair for 2,500$. But before you do that I would take each coil and look to see if there is any evidence of arcing (a sort of burnt coloring on the side) that also may cause misfiring) as for cosmetics I put a whole new stereo system in my car including a head unit in the glove box so I can play my own music. Plus I put all new alpine speakers in each door and ran power from the firewall (located behind the glove box) to the trunk for 2 subwoofers. I also put color changing led lights under the dash where the driver and passenger sits, and in the back seat. It pulses to the music http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000I04Z7Q/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_FPM4tb13FSX2W . People love it. You can only do the head unit replacement if you don't have the center speaker in the dash( because its all fiber optics). I put new rims on it. And dipped them. I also blacked out my tail lights and spaced out my letters. Heres a picture. http://i.imgur.com/3xEReGG.jpg
I hope this helped. :)

That odometer is fixable with a replacement gear from ipd or Ebay, some clown put copper grease in mine though so I had to replace the whole speedometer. :(

Also, I absolutely recommend the Bentley service manual for this car, it's not perfect but it's the best of the "home manuals" and great for common procedures and torque specs. You can find everything online but having the book is super handy.

The wiring diagrams aren't great (that's its weak point) so I recommend downloading the PDF(s) from here and using them for any wiring woes you may have, they're much more readable.

That’s a beautiful car, OP. The rims are not my style but I still think they look cool and unique. Here is something you can get to make it look even better, for cheap:

I bought one of these for my S60 and it works really well. Rarely get much interference with the audio and the hands free calling is really nice.

Here’s the link for those interested. I’m not affiliated with this or anything. Just happy with the purchase and wanted to share

I wanted new foglights, in yellow. First I ordered some yellow H1s and discovered they were 100W, but I liked the yellow, and returned them. I really wanted LEDs, but those don't just work in these cars.

I used an old reflector housing to find a slightly modified 9006 would fit if I removed the reflector and used some orings to seal it up.

Then I found these LEDs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0124ZI9N8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_FGF3xb82H2GJT and figured they'd probably fit.

I also bought some 9006 extension wires, cut, and spliced the ends into the fog harness. Using the extensions also allowed me to wire the old fog light harness pieces with the current ends so I can go back to factory.

I'm still trying to get the internal reflector tip to work, but this works for now.

[I bought this projector kit] (https://www.theretrofitsource.com/projector-kits/retrofit-kits-universal/bi-xenon-acme-h1-stage-3-kit.html)

[These shrouds] (https://www.theretrofitsource.com/projector-kits/projector-shrouds/mini-x5-r-switchback-led.html)

And these headlight housings

I had to modify the headlight buckets, and cut a small notch on the body to get the inners to fit. I wired the halos into the marker bulb wire, and the turn signal. They are switch back LED, so they flash amber when the signal is on, and return to white once the signal is turned off.

I would highly recommend this setup! Light output is fantastic for 35watt ballasts and 5000k bulbs.

LEDs are overrated and there are so many bad ones out there. I would recommend these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002MAHK4/

They give off a nice white glow. Just make sure to get some new twist socket plugs for each bulb. Should be 4 for the front and 2 for the back.

Another picture.

Something like that should make it better at least.
And if you can get your hands on a steam cleaner it can make wonders.

If you only want audio, using a Bluetooth tranceiver via the Aux cord is very convenient. This one has a hi fi dac that will make your music sound better, despite being done over Bluetooth. If supports Aptx-HD and Ldac codecs.

Very convenient, I just turn on Bluetooth and it auto connects. Anyone can turn on Bluetooth and connect to it. It also has a microphone on the unit to take calls.

About an hour. I used the kit with the drill attachment for the polishing compound so that went pretty quickly. Here is what I bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MCVRJGM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Funny thing is, I got this lens from UPS last night, this was my first day shooting with it. It's an amazingly cool little lens, especially given how cheap it is.

This works amazingly. Best FM transmitter I've had so far.

If the outlet in the trunk didn't stay on even when the car is off, I would have just tossed it back there and forgot it even existed.

Transmission fluid: Do a drain and fill every few thousand miles. I'm assuming it takes 3309 like my wagon, but check your owner's manual

Bevel gear leak, google for it; it may not be that complicated to do on your own.

Power steering leak, that, depends on how bad and where the leak is, DIY or take to a regular mechanic. Be mindful though if your car uses special power steering fluid.

Upper and lower torque mounts, these are easy to replace. I'd go with urethane bushings if possible (and if you're considering $3600 as feasible, get urethane) I linked to possible parts, do your research and you might find the same parts from other vendors, or you know, get the rubber parts. The top mount, depending on your car, you might get away with just getting the bushing if it's the "round type"

The front mount is a breeze to install if you have stands and a jack.

Control arms are a bit more labor intensive and depending on your needs, there's also urethane and other alternatives for those.

Tie rod ends are also simple and available cheap on rockauto.com

The timing belt, that, I'd leave to a professional and make sure they do the tensioner and water pump at the same time. Also, depending on your needs, get the kit with the cam seals and get those done if needed.

I've linked to some parts that probably don't fit your car, as I have my '01 V70 set up at those sites, but look for the ones compatible with your car. Overall, I think you're at the same competence level I was when I first got my wagon, volvos are great for working on them yourself and it's often more cost-effective to buy the parts and tools you need and install them yourself vs. paying someone to do it. For the record, the count for me is now: both CV axles, front bump stops (requires compressing springs), drain and fills for the transmission, inner and outer tie rod ends, coolant drain and fill, brake pads, spark plugs, torque mounts, front mount, serpentine belt/tensioner and the usual air filter and oil change. I've learned a lot in the process, which for me, is worth it.

Thanks. These are the lights:

http://www.amazon.com/Blazer-C52CW-Quartz-Halogen-Light-/dp/B004L0AAQY/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1420575193&sr=1-1

They are mounted directly to the bumper, which had to be removed to easily drill the holes.

They are wired up to the relay for the high beams.
