You misunderstood the context. I can't speak for /u/Hk-147 precisely, and I'm not agreeing his word choice. However, the "farce" I believe he is referring to is the remaining users in this sub that vocally ignore the available evidence (and, in fact, argue against it zealously) and form conclusions based purely on speculation.

The beauty of logic is that its errors can be demonstrated. If my logic is quite clearly wrong, then it would be easy to prove this.
Please don't take this as arrogance, but here is my board game recommendation of the day! It is a game with a deduction-heavy element guaranteed to improve anyone's logic skills in arguably arbitrary ways! The King's Golem expansion is also a blast!
Also - here is an ironic point. Part of the game is knowingly publishing false theories in order to gain reputation. Hilarious because it's so true in our world! Scientists, journalists, and WhereIsAssange redditors all know what I'm talking about!
Incoming OT tangent: There is a large body of medical research showing the positive effects of micro-nutrient and gut-flora supplementation. In fact, it's been going mainstream for a while now, and no longer something reserved for alternative-medicine junkies. Just talk to any nutritionist; hell, every single one of my friends who are into athletic training / lifting weights takes a full suite of supplements.
If there is a single supplement I would recommend to the uninitiated, it would absolutely be probiotics! If you've never tried a probiotic supplement before, I encourage you to dig into the massive body of medical research regarding the importance of gut health! I challenge you to try a probiotic supplement for 30 days and see for yourself! You will wonder how you ever lived without it! :)
