I like using salty things. Pickles, mustard, mayo.
I also use spicy things. Pepper, ginger, garlic.
Sweet things help too. Sugar, honey, maple syrup. Did you know that green beans are actually sweet?
Milk products are good too. Cheese, milk/cream.

In my studies, I have found a cookbook already made. Maybe it could be of help.

Almost exact same here but I'm improving profoundly after 4 months of barely being able to smell or taste much.
