I tried to source items that were somewhat affordable and something you might be able to wear or use in your small assigned work space at the cash register. It is not the best solution to your situation but it just might help in some small way to prevent heatstroke and or help you feel less like fainting due to overheating.

You can try a Smoke buddy and there are also similar devices that help filter the smoke out of rooms that might be good for your condo that you'll see in the similar items on there.
This market will start to see more options available in the coming years I'm sure, as similar rules begin to encourage people to find solutions for smoking.
Depends on your budget, I got some low-end ones(CB3 Hush) for $130 and I'm happy with them. It's my first pair of noise-cancelling headphones and I'm in love with them.

Get yourself one of those cooling towels, I've seen them in fitness stores but also places like Winners or Marshalls. They also have those fast drying yoga towels there as well.
There are some that have a flashing function that basically with somewhat blind any would-be assailant. That would give you time to run away or call for help. Just make sure to get one of those ones that are like super bright LEDs, just make sure you don't overuse it because the batteries are very expensive. I saw this one on an informercial, not sure if it's legit, but ideally you'd want one with similar features.

If you are being conscious of keeping your spine straight, abs just slightly flexed, shoulders up, chin up, and glutes firmly tucked, you'll be well on your way to doing any exercise better than most.
You will always see people in the gym with bad form. Again, just mindfully go for it and trust your body to do what you need it do. This book may also help.
