Ok. That's cool. I prefer solo trips myself. I have anxiety around crowds of people, too. Being stuck in a cattle-drive of people after a show is always hard for me, acid or not.
As for recommendations I recently bought a light machine from amazon that reproduces the reflected light from water. Very mellow and soothing. Link.. I use it every night to help get me to sleep and it looks amazing while tripping.
At the top of my musical recommendations would be your favorite band. Although you've perhaps worn them out the past couple of trips. After that it would be my favorite band; Phish. Their music paired with psychedelics is like peanut butter and chocolate; to me, at least. Pretty much any show from mid-late 90's will be amazing. Specifically New Years '93 or '95. On their Halloween dates they play a classic album in its entirety and those are always great (Beatles, Velvet Underground, Little Feet). Other bands that are good for tripping would be post-rock bands like Explosions in the Sky or This Will Destroy You. No lyrics just melodic instrumentation. I really like listening to Animal Collective on trips. Particularly the albums Feels and Merriweather Post Pavilion. Those guys make music that is pretty much designed for psychedelics. Very drippy and warped. Easily one of my favorite artists.
Do you have a laser pointer? There is special UV reflective paint that 'absorbs' the light and keeps it in the paint. Essentially it allows you to draw with lasers which blows my mind every time.
Silent, dark rooms are also extremely underrated.

Insufflation isn't that common, but sometimes I like to indulge myself in that psychedelic rush.

For a proper dose, the answer is yes, you absolutely need a scale, the Gemini 20 is a common choice, but it should be mentioned that this scale is not very accurate under 20mg. However, you can maximize accuracy by waiting a few moments after the scale turns on for it to "warm up," and then placing the 10g calibration weight on the scale. If it doesn't read 10.000g exactly, turn the scale off and try again. If it has a stable reading of 10.000g (+-1mg is also acceptable, provided the number is doesn't keep changing), then you can place the weighing dish on top of the calibration weight and record the scale's measurement. Add your desired substance, subtracting the final number from the one you already recorded to determine the mass of substance you are about to consume.

Another note: when I say the scale isn't accurate under 20mg, that means if you put the weighing dish on the scale, zero it, and then add your substance, you won't get an accurate measurement unless you are above this number. However, the scale can accurately determine the difference between 13.721g and 13.722g in ideal conditions. Ideal conditions mean you're not breathing on the scale, you aren't touching or leaning on the surface that the scale is resting on, it even means that you should turn off any fans or air vents in the room. Personally, I still notice small fluctuations of 0.002g or so, though I'm sure that there's a factor I'm missing. But 2mg doesn't really matter with this chem. If you're working with something that is active at this dosage, you shouldn't even be using a scale anyways, you should use volumetric dosing

Have you taken acid before? If not, here's some tips:

Throughly clean your apartment before you trip. I find I become much more sensitive to dirt/grime on LSD.

Turn off your phone. You don't want to worry about a call from Mom while you're high.

Prepare a nice meal beforehand. I like baby back ribs with roast veggies. You'll be hungry toward the end, but you won't want to cook.

If either of you has an addiction to tobacco, make sure you have plenty of cigarettes and lighters on hand. You won't want to go out to buy more (due to being high), and you don't want to be irritable and jones'n while high.

It sounds like you're already familiar with MDMA, but you might want to have some lube on hand, as it tends to dry out mucus membranes.

No problem, I have been using it for a while now for volumetric dosing. The first time I took Alprazolam was when I bought 1- gram/1,000mgs.... (2005), and had mg scales but to tricky to get anywhere near a single dose.


I made 5_ 200mg vials of 4:1 PG solution instead (250ml/1000mg) then measured that into smaller 50 ml vials.

If you are interested, that's one of the brands I've used, just make sure if you get one, it was USP (United States Pharmacopoeia) on it! Should be good grade as well.

A not commonly known tea called Yerba Mate has almost the same caffeine content of coffee, but it's much better for you, having almost twice the antioxidants of green tea. This is my favorite brand. I really recommend you check it out.

Sounds like you need to order a milligram scale. This is the one I use and it has served me pretty well for the price, just make sure to calibrate it every time you use it (it takes 30 seconds) and you should be within ~5mgs.

Also, it seems to be more accurate when you have a bit of weight on it already, like the little bowl + an index card, and don't zero it out. Then just have a scratch pad with your before weight and after weight and take the difference.

Yeah, this is the cheapest best Epimedium I've found. I get the Tribulus from Powdercity.com and I haven't gotten Tongkat Ali in a while I forget where I got it but yeah they're easy to find and won't break the bank.

I enjoyed Drugged (http://www.amazon.com/Drugged-Science-Culture-Behind-Psychotropic/dp/0199957975) for a not-super-heavy book on these drugs. The author crafts everything into being very story like and it flows well.

You will need to spend at least a few hundred dollars to get a scale that can come close to measuring 6mg accurately.

Go buy the GPR-20 from Amazon (not the cheaper Gemini model, trust me) and use that to measure out 48mg. Then you can dissolve that into some manageable amount of solvent and take 1/8 of the solution for 6mg.

You can get something like this to help you move the chems. Don't get plastics as they can get staticly charged.

Some scales come with small shallow containers with a spout that you can pour the powder from into a capsule. You can also place the stuff in a capsule that you have weighed beforehand. A little brush can help moving the powder out of a container that you have.

A lot of people will say just load up your pipe with close and smoke what you can, but everyone else will say to buy a milligram scale on amazon for like 20 bucks

Volumetric Dosing is basically dissolving a known amount of a drug into a known amount of a solvent for easier dosing of small amounts. For example, without some finagling, my scale won't even register an amount lower than about 15mg. If I were to do some 3-MeO-PCE, I wouldn't even be able to weigh out anything lower than a monster dose (which would be highly unsafe with PCP analogues). To get around this, I could dissolve 20-25mg (which I can do accurately every time) and dissolve it in 20-25mL of solvent (most likely Everclear) so that 1mL of liquid contains one mg of PCE. You can also do this with friendlier drugs, such as making a solution for a nasal spray bottle that delivers your sweet spot dose of 2C-B with one pump. There's a bit more to it but that's the basic idea.

Read The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. Do that before anything. Write out your goals in great details. Consider this book also, for getting things done. I would consider another shroom trip with the exact intention you have here. Sit in silence for a while, journal what you want to change, then trip. 18, however common, is a dangerous time to start depending on stims, and they won't give you wisdom. Especially if you don't have a plan. Sure, you'll probably feel great and may improve for a while, but its so damn easy for it to end up worse. There's countless stories of that. If you do go that route, I strongly believe in the advice that you plan out EXACTLY what you will do before you take stims. Also, hang out with people who are living the way you want to live.

You can try making your own energy drink of sorts. Get a artificial sweetener like erythritol, dissolve it in water, then empty a capsule into it and stir until it's all dissolved then drink it. Caffeine alone has an extremely bitter taste so a sweetener is almost a must, at least for me.

You can also buy caffeine powder and weigh out 200 mg of it and add it. If you do that please use a scale. Some people have died from trying to eye ball a good amount of caffeine.
