Well if you don't have any luck and don't need it immediately here then the top few here will run you about $57 w/ shipping.
And yes there are new ones but for some reason they are more than I would pay for an LCD.
I use it to hang upside-down, or partially upside-down. It stretches the spine (AKA traction) providing relief of back pain, or in my case, nerve pain from extruded discs.
