You need to read some books on the subject. This one is my favorite. I advise you read it before attempting to load your first round.

The lee anniversary kit is a good low-cost single stage kit. You may be able to find them on sale for $100 if you are patient. You will also need a set of ~$30 dies for any caliber you wish to load.

Also check out /r/reloading once you get started. We like to help keep new reloaders safe.

If you're going to get a small cabinet with a small shelf, I might recommend something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RPBD5VI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I picked it up when it was on sale for $15 a couple weeks ago and hung it on the inside of the door of my Stackon. Works great to keep my pistols accessible and off the shelf where I keep the dehumidifier.

For that price, and for an AR pistol, I'd recommend one of these

I got one of these some time ago for $55, and it works pretty well.

Brass is softer then the steel in your barrel. It will not scratch or damage the rifling.

A 9mm is .355 inches. So you want something a bit narrower.

464 Brass Round Rod, Unpolished (Mill) Finish, H02 Temper, ASTM B21, 0.3125" Diameter, 12" Length https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003JP6DIG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_Y9c9wbWCKT77X

This would work fine. I would probably hit the edges with some Sand paper just so you don't cut your hands on a burr.

You can honestly find something at homedepot. You want it to take up as much room in the barrel as possible, so it doesn't get wedged between the bullet and the barrel.

I believe you can find caliber specific squib rods online but you will pay a premium on them.

If you have a rubber mallet I would use it just to make sure you don't mark up the barrel if you miss :P

Mild lecture: a $20 container similar to this won't defeat a prepared thief but it'll beat almost all smash and grab opportunists. There's really no excuse to not use one if you have to leave your gun in your car. They work great for your wallet and cell phone at the gym, too.

You don't need a gunsmith to replace a front sight. All you need is a brass punch set and a new front sight. Google around to find one that will fit your rifle and that is the same height as your old one originally was (or you can buy a new combo front and rear sight that will probably be better than you started out with). Put some oil where the old sights are, punch them out with the brass punch, and then grease the dovetail and hammer in the new front sight. You don't necessarily need brass punches to do this, but doing it with tool steel will result in scratches and dents.

Since you acknowledge that it's temporary, let's assume expanding the collection isn't an issue.

Stack-On 8 Gun Cabinet gets the job done for under $100. You can usually find it at Academy for a similar price.

It says eight guns, but for "real" guns with scopes and stocks and such it's more like four long guns. Has a little shelf at the top for pistols. Plus, it's light enough that when you move you can just pack it up and take it with you.

If you're allowed to drill into the floor or walls, you can bolt it down and no one can carry it off without tools. Otherwise, I'd consider stacking a hundred pounds of ammo at the bottom.

Here are the pictures. The Ceratoke finish is from the manufacturer, not some aftermarket thing.

I know lonestar has some target flingers, but I heard they have 2 and one is broken?

I was also wanting to start shooting skeet out here, can I just buy this off amazon and put it in Eagle Peaks or Lonestars throwers?
