So very sorry for your loss. What I would recommend is going to a support group. The hospital I lost my daughter at had no resources so I went to another hospital for their group and they welcomed me with open arms and such incredible kindness. I'd recommend contacting your nearest maternal-fetal medicine department and asking if they can direct you to support group information. Often they run one with the hospital they are affiliated with.
This is a special kind of hell we are in. No words will make any of this better, but, if nothing else, know that you are not alone. I found this book helpful. It is a compilation of stories of people who lost kids of all ages, including in utero. I found some comfort into giving to charity as well. Hugs to you and your family.
Here are a few things I found that might work for you. I also didn't find a stuffed fox. You could sew a pocket on or into the fox you have, or you could store them together. These aren't traditional urns but I think any would make a beautiful fox themed resting place for your baby.

Not a man, just chiming in to say your response to this is completely normal for a man. I just finished reading this booklet that really opened my eyes on how men and women differ in their coping. I will say that I didn’t completely relate to the sections about women, but there were specific sections that felt like I was looking in a mirror. And how you described how you’ve dealt with your grief up until this point is exactly how the male author described his own. I recommend checking it out if you can and considering the recommendations, but just know you aren’t the only one who has gone through this and there is hope of making it through. Is there maybe a support group you could join since counseling isn’t really seeming to be helpful?
I am sorry for your loss. I lost my daughter at 38 weeks under similar circumstances in September. I have found the two books below to be helpful.
Book: It’s OK that you’re not OK is a helpful analysis of the grief associated with losses like stillbirth, and analysis of how friends/family/society reacts (typically poorly) to these types of losses.
Book: They were still born A collection of short, well-written essays written by men and women with stillborn children.
