Kellymom.com is my go-to resource for everything breastfeeding and pumping related. You could try pumping after your baby feeds. My daughter used to eat on one side only and I would pump the other side when she was done. You might not get much, but it would encourage your supply. I also have a Spectra pump and use Medela parts. Just get these adapters from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DGEDVUM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_vBt.zb62EH61A
Just Google search how to determine best flange size. The standard 24mm works for most women I'm pretty sure.
The Spectra S1 is an amazing pump. I've been using mine now multiple times a day (I exclusively pump) for 10 months and I love it. It's portable (you can use it with or without the charger), fairly quiet and it's comfortable! And you can hack it easily to fit Medela parts.

Do you use an electric pump at home? I'm not sure of your situation, but they sell car adapters for some electric pumps (like this). If you'll have your vehicle nearby, you could get one of those and pump in the car. You'd definitely have more flexibility than pumping in the bathroom.
I think two weeks is early to start pumping - most things I’ve read recommend waiting at least 4 weeks. You don’t want to signal to your body to overproduce because then you’ll have engorgement issues.
An easier way to build a stash early on is to use a haakaa pump. You just attach it to whichever boob your baby isn’t feeding from while you’re nursing, and the light suction causes milk to be expressed. I could usually get a couple ounces each feeding this way.

Here is one. there are more expensive ones too but this one costs about the same as a regular warmer.
Express milk can stay at room temp for 6-8 hours before going bad. For night time I set up two bottles of 2/2.5oz. One goes with me to the bedroom (we co sleep) and the other goes in the fridge. Some times she will eat half the room bottle as we transition her from sleeping in her swing to the room, so when she wakes up for her middle of the night feeding I feed her what's left of that bottle then bring her out to the husband (he sleeps on our couch cause he was really bad insomnia) to sleep in her rocker/ eat her second bottle while I pump. I then fill up two more bottles when I'm done pumping. Same thing one goes with me and the other ones in the fridge for her morning feeding.
For outings I have the Medela cooler ( http://www.amazon.com/Medela-67068-Breastmilk-Cooler-Set/dp/B00H5OI9XO ) I have a pre set bottle of 2/2.5 and then I take a couple bottles with me. My lo isn't picky about the temp of the milk, so she will drink it straight out of the cooler. If yours are picky then I recommend filling up a bottle after the finish the one they are on so it has time to get to room temp.
