Tecware Phantom Keyboard with hotswappable switches and it comes with a few spares.
That will get you a m&kb for right around 100 and I can vouch for the value of both of them.
PBT Keycaps: these make they keyboard feel a little bit better.
Acer X34 monitor that I got used
The speakers are some super old dell zylux a425 2.1 speakers that a coworker gave me. They aren't much to an audiophile but they sound great to me!
I sometimes will switch back to my TADA68 mechanical keyboard but I usually am happy enough with the Tecware. For the price it's a super nice keyboard.
Here ya go. I've done a few similar projects and I've used these everytime. They make cable management super easy and super fast.

This thing is a beast so if you get it, the parts are like 156 Lbs in the box (or whatever that is in non-American) so be prepared to disassemble the box to carry piece by piece up stairs or enlist some strong poor soul to help
