I'm going back to the online retailer thing. You say you are in the states for a few weeks -- this seems like it could be plenty of time if you have somewhere to ship something. I'm thinking Amazon (which sells directly or is shipped by herroom.com or breakoutbras.com, both US retailers who ship quickly) or Breakoutbras.com directly, which offers 1-3 day shipping for $5.50. If you order now with expedited shipping, it'll ship tomorrow and arrive by the beginning of next week at the latest. I understand the qualms about online ordering, but desperate times, ya know? Ordering from US based places will drastically reduce shipping time, and you can also consider the possibility of reselling on /r/braswap, bratabase, or the facebook group for bra swapping as an alternative to return shipping if you find something affordable.

Also, forget about getting bottoms now or getting the matching ones all together. You can get bottoms anywhere, or if you really want the matching ones, you can get them on ebay when you get home (since you don't actually need the bikini itself for a few months). If you get any sort of top with black, plain black bottoms will work fine. This won't reduce the cost tremendously, but I am seeing 28HH-28J tops on Amazon for $45ish USD like this one or this one. If you are looking for a bikini top and not tankini, I see this or this for $60 USD. Going up a sister size gives a lot of options, and some of the bikinis are either tie-backs anyway and some bikinis can be rather firm (I have a 30FF in freya that is fine on my 26" ribcage). If you find anything fulfilled by amazon and know someone with an amazon prime account (even if they live no where near where you need it shipped), you can get free 2 day shipping.

If you want something basic, I really recommend freya pier. I have it in apple green, and it's very comfortable and lovely. I am clearly not familiar with your general bra needs like breast shape, but it's pretty narrow with a good amount of projection, and the ruffles are cute but not too in-your-face with all the boob. I wear a 30 band in it and it's fine for me, so a 30H may work for you. You also could very easily just make it into a tie back if necessary. The version I linked is the sweetheart neckline with two straps rather than a halter strap. This should be good as to not put strain on your neck, too!

Unfortunately, I have no recommendation for actual stores for you. I really hope someone does! It's rather tricky when you're past the GG+ barrier, I think, because even specialty stores don't always stock your size. I hope you find something you like, though!

Edit: Also, you may want to check out an old navy if you have the chance. They don't have bra sized swimwear, but I have seen a few posts here with ladies in your relative size range (small bands and GG+ cups) who have had success with their tie back underwire XL size swim tops. It is definitely an iffy thing, but you have the opportunity to try it on first. I think this option will totally depend on your shape and the width of the wires (and availability of the swimsuit in question!).

I usually snag a bra on Amazon when it goes on sale (sales happen often but so far seem to be random to me). If you're ordering online, do your research though. Check if the brand is US/UK and even search for reviews of that style on blogs or read through the Amazon reviews.

I also have a tough time feeling comfortable in moulded cups, so I really like this one. There's also a huge selection and it seems like one color or the other is always on sale. http://www.amazon.com/Panache-Plus-Size-Underwired-Balconnet-Scarlet/dp/B00L4BARRA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1427113332&sr=8-3&keywords=panache

I also LOVE this one. http://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Underwired-Sports-Multi/dp/B00KQP8XQ2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1427113332&sr=8-1&keywords=panache I love love LOVE the support that it gives (it is a sports bra after all!) but it doesn't give you a uni-boob look. This is my daily bra and doesn't seem as noticeable to me as the other one under shirts.

I don't know if Nordstrom's has Panache bra's, but I would definitely try some on before getting one if possible. In my experience Panache is one of the better brands for consistency and fitting true to size, or make sure that returns are free. Happy hunting!

You should try sports bras that come in bra sizes instead of S-XL. I really like the bra sized Panache sports underwired bra. The wires are padded so I can barely even feel that they are there. They also carry a wireless version although I haven't tried it. You can find both versions on Amazon (link to wired one) or on sites like www.barenecessities.com. Nordstroms also sells it in some sizes. This sports bra is very supportive, comfortable and gives a good amount of lift and separation. I like to wear mine even under dresses or casual clothing when I know there is a chance I will be dancing or doing something active.

I do recommend remeasuring yourself first though using /r/abrathatfits calculator and beginners guide
. 34DD is a very common missize for busty women since it is the largest cup size sold in most stores so that's what fitters tend to default measuring lots of women into. You may find a better fit in a smaller band size and larger cup size.

my little black dress I've only worn this one for a few hours, so Haven't washed it yet, also I got it in black so I'd have something for funerals & stuff, but it comes in other colors

the only high neck thing I own the flowers camouflage the boobs, so they don't look 3x their normal size. Since it was half the price of other dresses I machine washed it inside out on cold and machine dried it I had great results :)

my favorite so far I love the flowers & shape. If you'll notice, unlike most dresses the "boob slots" are much larger & let the girls fit in without it looking weird.

my cotton plain one Purchased to have something I could wear for casual days

EDIT: let me know if you wanna know what sizes I wound up purchasing :) I followed review guidelines mostly

First off, don't go cheap. In your size you need decent support, so anything off the rack that is below a certain price-point is unlikely to support yourself properly.

US 40J is UK 40GG. In that size there are the following solutions floating around

- Elomi Smoothing Strapless https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0036H6224/

This bra is a tricky fit bc it's very closed on top. But if it fits it can provide great lift and support.

If your best-fitting bra in US 40J is the Goddess Keira/Kayla, this is probably your best bet.

- Elomi Maria, both the strapless bra and the strapless basque. Problem will be finding this on a budget, plus the shape is very similar to the Elomi smoothing Strapless. If the Elomi Smoothing strapless is an utter desaster, you can probably safely pass up the Elomi Maria.

- Goddess Adelaide Strapless and Goddess Adelaide Basque. Similar to Elomi Maria but improved in fit.

- Curvy Kate Luxe Strapless bras

- various strapless solutions from the brand Elila like the 4820, 6420, 6721, 6621 etc. Note that all of them stop at i-cup. You would have to try to stuff yourself into the 40i or sistersize to 42i. Depending upon the shape and size of your mid-riff sizing up in the bandsize might actually be a good idea when it comes to the long-lines, so consider trying that.

- if you need to sistersize to accomodate your waist size anyway, the Goddess 689 in 44FF or 46FF might also work.

If you get desperate and don't have a large budget, consider going the "old t-shirt bra + duct tape" route.

The best one I found for the price is the Vanity Fair Sports Bra on Amazon. It's 19.99 and super comfortable for my 38DD. In general that brand has good quality bras at a nice price on the bigger sizes.

This is a longline bra by Freya - and I GOT IT FOR THIRTY DOLLARS!!

You guys, I am so stoked right now. I haven't bought a new bra in months and months and it's the best feeling in the world when you put on a new bra after wearing your old stretched out one for a long time and suddenly you feel like you have new boobs! You know what I mean? It could also be the fact that I had like six cups of coffee in the past two hours, but I'm excited to have a bra that's actually cute and not just functional.

The band seems a little bigger than what I'm used to, so if you waver between two sizes I would try a smaller band first.

PS - my apologies for the funky blurred out background. That's my paranoid self being cautious in case anyone I know uses reddit and ends up on bigboobproblems and says 'hey, that looks like laceandhoney's bedroom!' Yeah, I'm a basketcase, I know, I know.

PPS - I also tried the Freya longline in black and, strangely enough, the cups seemed slightly smaller. Maybe it was a fluke, but I thought I'd let you guys know in case it helps anyone.

I did that too a few years ago and it changed my damn life. I wore a 44DD since I was in high school, then I went to Nordstrom & got fitted and was a 42FF(42H in US) and when I put on the bra, it was like the sky opened up and the angels sang!

I primary get my bras at Torrid, but the brand Elomi goes up pretty high and I've been able to find new bras on E-bay for like $20. I also got this bra on Amazon, also $20 and super comfy:

u/freebjae · 1 pointr/bigboobproblems

I am also a 38GG, and my boyfriend found me this one: http://www.amazon.com/Leading-Lady-Womens-Leisure-Cotton/dp/B00EJCM1YS on amazon. There's a lot of colors, and I like the front closure, as I sleep on my back or side. The comments on Amazon said it runs a little small in the band, so he got me the 42F/G/H, and it fit's perfectly.

my boobs were constantly falling out of sports bras while sleeping, and this bra is both supportive and comfy like I haven't felt since middle school.

Hope this helps!

EDIT: the price ranges from $16.50 to $40. Mine was 18.21 for the all black, and 24 for black with polka dots

I bought this dress and LOVE it! I'm around 44-34-44 and bought a large and it fit perfectly. I buy a lot of clothes on Amazon and end up returning about half, but what I do keep is usually awesome!

u/IAmASquishyBunny · 3 pointsr/bigboobproblems

Well it's usually best to measure according to /r/ABraThatFits, so I'd recommend remeasuring according to their standards first.

Other than that, if she really is a 30E, there are plenty of options. This bra in floral and 30E is $22.10

Black Ombre in 30E is $28.29

Fuchsia 30E is $25.89

Plum 30E is $27.34

30E for $20 and amazing cleavage

30E in blue/black for $21.99

30E in black/purple $24, needs to be added to cart to show actual color

30E china blue is $28.93

30E is equivalent to a 30DDD

Malibu blue 30DDD is $21.83

Honestly, if she's spilling out of a 32DD, a 30E probably won't be much better, since the cups are the same volume. She might need a 30F. As I said, try again using the /r/ABraThatFits method.

u/t1mepiece · 2 pointsr/bigboobproblems

Yes, I have a lot of wrap stuff. Dresses might be too different from your friends, but shirts like this solid one or this patterned one should work ok. You'd probably need a tank or cami underneath, but that's not to hard to do. The advantage to these is they pull back in under the bust so you have a waist, not a tent.

u/jlaray · 2 pointsr/bigboobproblems

Try going to a thrift store, and searching through all the camisoles with a built-in elastic "bra". If you find a large enough one, they can support your breasts just enough to sleep comfortably without being too tight. This works for me, though mine are G/H so I'm not sure it'll work for you, but it's worth a shot! They also make things like this, which can help keep them separated while on your side.

u/awesometoenails · 1 pointr/bigboobproblems

I have a few of these. I wear them for running, weight lifting, and yoga. They fit true to size for me (32e). Plus I really like how the straps adjust near the collarbone, I can tighten or loosen them really easily. They do tend to collect a lot of sweat though

u/localgyro · 52 pointsr/bigboobproblems

I'm a HUGE (no pun intended) fan of the Panache Sports Bra. I'm a 38FF and wear the non-wired version, and find it contains and supports the girls quite well!

u/iamalwayschanging · 8 pointsr/bigboobproblems

I love these ones that you can order on amazon. They are reusable and work really well!

Get something new, that is strechy lace. The other main growth comes at the end when your milk comes in. You will save 5 month of pain.

Also, get some of these: https://www.amazon.com/Leading-Lady-Front-Close-Leisure/dp/B00EJCM1YS
These are amazing for post pregnancy when your boobs will hurt like a son of a bitch and you just want support and easy feeding access around the house.

You might want to try the Panache sports bra if you haven’t already. Zero movement, very comfy, breathes well, no uniboob, looks good. Definitely use the r/abrathatfits measurement and sizing guide if you haven't worn Panache before. It’s not cheap and it’ll probably take a few tries to find the perfect size but it’s so worth it.

I like this sports bra but I'm a 32F. It has no stretch and comes in a 38H. I can still wear a shirt with it and I feel like it holds everything in place while I'm jogging. I almost wondered if it was to snug and I should order a cup size larger because I feel like my breasts are smushed.

The Reviews are mixed with women of bigger sizes.

u/CrackpotJackpot · 19 pointsr/bigboobproblems

If you want something super supportive that doesn't hide things and won't give you the squashed-down uniboob look, check out the Panache underwired sports bra -- but only once you've been properly fitted!

u/Helplessly_hoping · 6 pointsr/bigboobproblems

Panache Andorra Full Cup

Cleo Maddie Balconnet

I did notice that some sizes were cheaper than others. I guess it depends what they've got in stock? Hopefully your size is as cheap! If not, shop around the other styles. I looked for quite a while.

u/Supermal · 2 pointsr/bigboobproblems

It's hard when I don't live somewhere where I can try sizes like that on. I'd prefer to just keep ordering sizes like the ones I can try on that fit reasonably.

Right now I'm looking at this one by Panache, but it's such a pain to order it and send it back if it doesn't fit. And a disappointment, like this Shock Absorber was.

u/imabratinfluence · 14 pointsr/bigboobproblems

If you don't want to squash them, avoid "compression bras" and look for "encapsulation bras." Encapsulation bras will have separate cups, like this Freya Active, Panache Sport, and Panache Sport Non-wired.
