They're sugar free, but still a bit sweet. They're chewy, the flavor is delicious and they're DEFINITELY not too sweet. They come in lots of flavors too...
Someone already said Mega Sour Lemon Balls and I can confirm, they will tear your mouth right up. Soo sour and sooooo goood!!
Another very sour candy are Shigekix ! They are a weird tough gummy tho.
And recently I tried Haribo Vampire Bats and they are not like wreck your mouth sour but like eat a few and you’ll be a little sweaty. 😂 love em so!

When you say a sweetart filling, was it a hard powdery candy? Or a chewy, soft candy?
There are lots of filled Twizzlers out now, and there was/possibly still is a filled chewy Jolly Rancher as well.
Even though they weren't blue, the bag was blue and this was out about ten years ago. They were called Twerpz (I miss them).

After some googling I think I found them on amazon. The pinballs also look like them though. My guess is its one of those candies that is generic enough to be made by multiple companies and brand doesn't matter much. Even so it is delicious
