Medium foreskins are pretty compatible with anything, although you should avoid anything like the Captus that has a super-wide opening at the front--your glans will be able to extrude out the front, as your foreskin will allow it to slide forward when you get hard. I've got super-sensitive skin, so I go with the most comfortable thing I've found so far, split donut weights in polished 316LVM steel. These things are amazingly comfortable, and the vast majority of steel that I wear comes from this vendor, TheChainGang. (They're a small business from my home county, so I naturally want to support them as well.) I own two 20mm, one 30mm, and one 60mm weight, so I can combine them to get every length from 20mm to 100mm. (It all totals to 2 KILOGRAMS of steel, although I can only currently wear 60mm, 1kg at most.) I don't wear them often, as they cause too much noise clanking against my dick.

You're absolutely right, bunching is bad. I mean to say that you should try to get into the tube using lube or soap/water in the shower, rather than pulling it through with a stocking (and you shouldn't get a super-tight tube diameter). As an uncut guy, needing the stocking tends to indicate that the tube is too small. (If you have to apply force to get all your skin in, it's going to cause blood circulation issues once inside.) That technique is really meant for cut guys, who struggle with glans-to-tube friction to get it in.

So, conclusions:

• Look for a tube with 55-60mm length (aiming for the low end of this), in just about any style you want. If you've got loose skin, something with a closed shaft will be more comfortable, but otherwise it's up to you. If you want mass-produced, you may need to settle for shorter (or longer); I'm having trouble finding 55mm length tubes.
  
  
• 35mm tube diameter. You might be able to do 33mm, which is more common in mass-produced devices, but it'll probably cause a little bunching and/or discomfort.
  
  
• 45mm base ring. If you find it too tight, a 47mm or 50mm ring will work, but will definitely slip. Get something with a ring that sits flat, like my own. A round cross-section will be more comfortable, but it's up to you.
  
  With this all in mind, I can only find one device so far on DHgate that fits all your needs, although the diameter is a little small. (All these devices are either 32 or 33mm.) It's really hard to find 55mm lengths, and 60mm may be a little too long. Feel free to wade through other devices in this size, although you'll have to make compromises (unless you find something better). You'd either have to sacrifice proper size, integrated lock, or base-ring shape.
  
  Honestly, you're compatible with nearly any of the major custom devices, like Steelworxx, MatureMetal, and MaleChastityNow--just stick to the style guidelines I've suggested. You may want to look at RedChili for cheaper devices, but I've got no assurances, as they're pretty new to the scene. (I've only heard good things, though.)
  
  MaleChastityNow's Amicus seems like a pretty damn close fit, if it weren't for the wide front opening. You may want to try the original Captus it's made from to see if this tube works for you, as it's a pretty cheap device.

Someone a couple months back had the exact same question, so I'll just paste my response here. Everything except the measurements is good for you, but to find that out, simply measure the length of your penis when it's flaccid and then find the closest cage length to that. You want your flaccid penis to fill the cage completely for the most comfortable fit. As for ring size, the company that makes the Holy trainer reported that they're most used ring size is 45mm

Yeah I've tried a tube one before and it was an absolute mess. Two days and it was time to take it off and scrub everything. As far as light activity I've found underwear like these make a big difference:

For more strenuous things like running I use a jock strap. The only thing I've had much problem with is certain lifts that tend to stretch that area.

The cage style can make all the difference. I tried exercising with the tube one on once and it was pretty uncomfortable. I've had much better luck with the more open metal designs. The silicon ones might be better for exercise, but I've found hygiene in those is also an issue. Fortunately I got lucky and one of the cages on Amazon ended up fitting me perfectly, eventually I want to go for the Jailbird though.

Picture completely flaccid would help. I'm on my fourth or fifth cage now and I've gone smaller and smaller. I will say most people are smaller than they think.

Not saying you should go that small but I realize I'm tinier than I thought I was... Its taken some getting used to because it is quite small which was intimidating but its been the absolute best at preventing any erections at all. When I am flaccid I just graze the edges of the cage so I'd consider it a perfect fit.

A proper fitting cage should have you touching or almost touching the cage when flaccid. Its hard to tell with some of the measurements online but from what I've seen most people complain about too large of a cage and almost nobody complains about too small.

It can be scary to downsize but I'm absolutely in love with the one I'm wearing right now :)

I like the Holy Trainer V3. I got a knockoff from amazon for $20 to figure out my sizing and with plans to order a real one. Honestly this knockoff is pretty reasonable. I started with the Small and ordered a Nano to see which one is a better fit for me.

I like how they give you four different sizes of rings, I'm ready to go to a smaller diameter, my body is used to the size. Been using two largest rings and it is starting to slip more and more during the day. I have a very physical job and it stays in place for the most part. I adjust during bathroom breaks, pulling ball sack as far in as possible.

I may try the Evotion when I have a windfall cash-wise. $30 for this Amazon model was too inexpensive to pass up for my first cage.

Both have the silent key/lock, and the flatter cuff ring is pretty comfortable. I have the next longer versions of these. I'm not crazy about the ring style because after a few days I tend to swell out of the rings and my skin gets pinched, so I went with the tube style. But the ring style is popular, so YMMV.

I purchased this a bit ago. The knockoffs have a bit of a smell to them that will go away with time. To stay lubricated all day I use refined coconut oil. The ring has a slight line from where it was in the mold. A little sanding with super fine sand paper handles it and makes it comfortable.

It is a knockoff CB6000 and i would recommend it as your first for a few reasons. Main reason is price. IF this is your first time you may find that you dont really like chastity that much and this way you are out $25 instead of $125. Also i find it pretty comfortable.

It's a cheap ~$20 plastic cb 6000s model, very widely used and comes with multiple ring sizes so you can get a feel for what sizes best suit you before you buy a fancier one.

I also recommend using emlalock.com to hold your keys for you, basically you lock your cage then lock the keys in a combination lock, photograph the combination without looking. Emlalock returns the photo after a predetermined amount of time.

The cb-6000s is my favorite of the many I've tried. The main problem is that the rings have a shelled out center that your balls can get pinched in, but I filled it with hot glue quick and easy and now I wear that one comfortably for 'long-term' (my records only a week but I'm about to break that now.

In terms of long term effects... I don't think anyone can honestly say the is 0 risk. But a lot of people do it and there's no crazy uproar... The worst I could imagine is increased likelihood of ED later in life... But I have no source for that and it's not the worst symptom.

I will say that after multi day sessions my dick is definitely smaller when erect, but it bounces back.
