I can get more comprehensive in a few days but the quick story is:

1.Welding Oxygen (Just tell them you need it for cutting and already have acetylene). I rented mine since I was testing the waters ($150 deposit + $90/yr Tank Rental + $38fill Charge + Misc Fees) = $300 and every refill is $35. I rented a 125 cubit foot tank and I need to do more calculations but seems like it lasted about 25 episodes.

2. Welding oxygen requires CGA 540 Regulator. I snagged one from Amazon $30 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073P1C18S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and it works but you have to just play with the flow rate as this is PSI and not (LM)Litres minute. I'll be upgrading this next to an LM version.

3. Mask - $25 for 5 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AQ6CJMU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

But I'll be upgrading this soon as well for a bigger air sack and more comfort.

These are the only three things you need. If no one has a good write up I'll throw something together in the coming day's w/ Pics or vid or whatever.

Like others have said, a triptan nasal spray or oxygen are your best bet. I'm on mobile right now. I'll link the parts on amazon that you'll need to get the oxygen setup without a doctor later.

Edit:
Regulator $28

Hose barb $3

Non-rebreather Mask $7

Just need a welding oxygen tank after that. Make sure you have the oxygen flow maxed at 15L and when turning on the tank valve, do it slowly.

You want a flow rate of oxygen that is at least 8, but ideally between 10-15 liters per minute (lpm). Some people say hyperventilating into a non-rebreather mask is important for fast effectiveness.

I have this alarm clock that mimics a sunrise or sunset, to trick your internal clock. Works amazing during time changes.

This is the one I have. Lots of different variations.

27 year old w/ cluster headaches since I was about the same age. Not sure what you've tried as far as remedies go, but I've found a few things to ease up those longer headaches. The 45 minute intense horrific ones are awful, but the 4-5 hour really heavy dull shadows are just as bad. Depressing as hell. Every cycle is different for me, some worse than others. Haven't noticed them getting markedly worse as I age though.

Here's what works for me (and possibly could work for you as well):

At the very first sign of a cycle starting up, I eat some psyilocybin mushrooms. If you aren't familiar with this method (called 'busting'), head over to clusterbusters.com and make an account. This has completely changed my life, sometimes breaking a cycle immediately and giving me months of pain free life back. I highly suggest it, and as a 20 year old, there's a decent chance you can find them with little effort. At worst, my headaches ease up considerably to one every few days, which is manageable. Obviously, people are different though and you may have some reservations, which I would fully respect.

Here's a great video about this method if you haven't heard of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jv1lG417LKg

Second line of defense with me is Sinus Buster, which is a nasal spray that I don't often see mentioned around here. It's a capsaicin concentrate that temporarily numbs the trigeminal nerve. I won't lie to you, Capsaicin just means concentrated pepper spray, and it hurts like fuck until you get used to it. Only for a minute though and then you start relating that sting to relief from a headache. This is my favorite method for breaking those longer headaches. A few sprays in the nostril on the side of your head with the cluster and at the very least it will reduce the pain a good amount.
It's cheap and very highly reviewed for all sorts of things:

Third, I use red bull. Usually I will use the Sinus Buster to acutely reduce pain and then chug an ice cold red bull as fast as possible. This is sort of the one two punch that will get me back to normal pretty quickly.

If it doesn't fully get rid of the headache, I will use the spray and chug a red bull again around 30 mins later and that will usually do the trick.

Hope this helps! I should be in a heavy cycle right now, but after my last dose of mushrooms I'm only getting a headache about once a week that I take care of with the methods above. Hope you can find some peace!
