I'm new to nasal care, but been sniffing since about 8 years now on & off. So far though, using that before I sleep or when I feel my sinus' getting clogged up? Definitely helps keeping everything at a business as usual level.

I recommend a dedicated container with a built in spoon over key bumps... key bumps are a bit unpredictable and easy to drop everything on accident. Also don't recommend putting your whole stash in the container because it'll get taken away if you're being too obvious about things.

I use something like this to break my rocks up into fine powder. Couldn’t find the exact one I have but it’s pretty close. I usually use a ping pong ball to rub the rock against over my mirror and comes out as a fine powder with no more work.

I swear by these. Used them so I could smoke weed and pass military piss tests, pre-screen job piss tests everything.


Take it 4 hours before the test, drink 48oz of water. Piss, piss again, and a third time if you can manage. Then when it's time for your drug test the piss you produce should be clean. DON'T TAKE IT THEN YOUR FIRST PISS BE THE DRUG TEST. Or you'll definitely fail.

Use a saline or saline/baking soda solution. Usually in the store it comes with premixed salt/baking soda packets but is cheaper to make your own. Life changing equipment here. Thank me later.

I did. I hated it. Returned it to cvs! Suction was not strong enough for me at least. What I use is this nasal rinse,, comes in a squeeze bottle so you can control how much your using and how fast. It's so much better.
