I don't know how much you're looking to spend or if you want something that's piecemeal or all put together, but Amazon has quite a few options! This dress has several different options for the more detailed ones are more expensive ($65). This shirt and This shirt both have a nice collar and would look nice with a wide skirt Amazon was rather lacking in the skirt department (Except for steampunk skirts lol) So this last one was from Etsy.
