Sounds like you are about 4 years behind me (Future physics PhD candidate). Glad to know you have discovered Dover books, they really are great and so cheap. It also sounds like you know what you're doing so good job, keep at it and you might make a good case for graduate school (if that's your destination). But I will warn you that upper division mathematics courses are different. I have seen so many people who think they are really great at mathematics up to vector calculus and then get completely shit on by more abstract courses like real analysis, abstract algebra and topology. The reason for this is that it requires more formalism and is very rigorous as far as proofs go. You'll eventually learn that math is all about making sure you have checked every possible condition in order to move on. I think something you will need is mathematical logic before you tackle abstract courses. If you do collect textbooks (like I do) then I would also recommend this textbook. It teaches you how to think like a mathematician and the logic behind proofs. I think a mathematics logic course is essential to students and it's a shame many mathematics students don't go through a formal logic course before they tackle advanced courses. Of course, some don't need it but unless you are brilliant, I would recommend it (Even if you are brilliant it would be a easy read). Just dig deep and focus and good luck with your future work. Mathematics and Physics are two beautiful subjects and it's always great to talk to future mathematicians or physicists(or any aspiring scientist in that case!) and help them get inspired or motivated!
P.S. Funny story, I had a friend who thought it would be funny to make people believe that Euler is pronounce "you-ler" with the argument that Euclid is pronounced "you-clid". It was pretty funny seeing people believe him.
Did you mean choir or quire as you said? I've just never heard the word quire before, but Google says it's a thing apparently.
I agree with you completely. For my part I will continue to enjoy Beethoven's 9th & Mussorgsky "the great gate of kiev". I think it's pretty cool that these are relatively commonplace in our society, it does not diminish my enjoyment of them.
Granted, I've been told that my taste in music is suspect since I don't find it odd to listen to music that's not in a "real language" (eg E.S. Posthumous, cartographer pi remix is one of my favorite cd's in recent years)
For all those people calling others plebs for liking popular classical music, "It takes one to know one."
I don't have an actual recipie handy, but a few key tips:
-If you're gonna google a recipe, just bite the bullet on buying xanthan gum. Its ~$15+ for a small package, but you'll use it a teaspoon at a time and it really is the best thing at its job. Lots of people try to find ways around it, but nothing is really a good substitute.
-Its pretty much gonna be thin-and-crispy crust. If you're aiming for thick, puffy, bread-like 'pan style', I haven't got one to work well yet (but haven't tried much). I prefer thin and crispy anyway though.
-http://www.againstthegraingourmet.com/ actually makes a pretty decent frozen cheese GF pizza. Its nice becausue you can dump your own toppings on to make whatever variety you want.
-They seem to undercook in the middle really easily (including the frozen one above), and are slimy when undercooked. You really need a perforated pan. I think a pizza stone (or pre heated cast iron pan like http://www.amazon.com/Lodge-Pro-Logic-P14P3-Pizza-14-inch/dp/B0000E2V3X/ref=sr_1_3?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1368297372&sr=1-3&keywords=pizza+stone) would work too, I want to buy that one I linked there.
I can understand why you're getting frustrated with other people's responses so I'm going to suggest some practical steps that start with easy and safe actions. Read this book and this book. After the second book, start practicing mindfulness meditation regularly. Also start exercising regularly if you don't already and learn a bit about nutrition and eating healthier. These are all evidence backed ways for you to feel better about yourself and deal with problems you have socially. As a side note, I know it's a cliche thing to say, but looks aren't everything. Practice good hygiene, wear clothes that fit and don't underestimate what a bit of confidence and self-deprecating humour can do for your level of attractiveness. Better confidence will come by following the above steps.
Thanks for gilding me!
If you're having trouble with heels, start off with heeled boots. They're more secure since they've got lots of material to hold onto your feet so your feet don't get tired struggling to keep themselves on if the shoes are a bit loose.
I'm not a fan of thick heels (all my heels/most of my wedges are at least 3") but they are more easy to balance on, same with wedges. If you want a bit more stability without adding too much visual "weight," try a thicker cone heel, with or without a platform - there are explanations here: http://www.shoeanatomy.com/what-are-cone-heel-shoes/

For spring and summer, in business, you must only wear closed toe shoes but I've mentioned it before that you can get some help with a strap across the top of the foot like a maryjane or t-strap.
For t-strap heels, you'll want the strap low so it doesn't cut the line of the leg and make your ankles look thicker and you'll want them to be closed in the back (as opposed to sling back style) so they're more secure. Some people refer to that as a "Cuban heel."
For Maryjanes, you do not want them positioned to the part of your arch that is further back. If they're smack dab over your arch, it makes your feet look wide, same with "x" straps. This is an example of a poorly positioned strap: Plinrise Strapers Women's Detachable Shoe Straps,High Heels Anti-loose Shoelace Accessories (Rivet) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00WR8X1T0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_Yi31wbPNHRR83
:) glad you think so ---
If you are interested in understanding the concept of positional responsibility more I recommend:
Check out this video on YouTube:
http://youtu.be/pCofmZlC72g (and also his book on free will)
The "reasonable doubts" podcast - episodes 29,30,34,59
And also the book
The Spontaneous Self: Viable Alternatives to Free Will https://www.amazon.com/dp/1477159681/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_jKrfzb7HFFCJJ
That's where I got my info and understanding about free will vs determinism but r/harddeterminism is a good place to check out, and plenty of sources online to read up :)
I've read some of these Bizzaro fiction books, they're actually pretty good and quick reads! I recently finished ["I knocked out Satan's daughter"]
(http://www.amazon.com/Knocked-Up-Satans-Daughter-Romantic/dp/1936383829) and it was actually one of the best romantic comedy stories I've read.
I just got this chair a few weeks ago. I didn't want to shell out a lot of money on a chair, but for $65 I am really liking it. It actually looks better in person, too. The picture doesn't really do it justice.
First sentence
>The “Miracle of Chile” was a term used by Nobel Prize winning economist Milton Friedman
My second sentence
>Pinochet used Friedmans economic policy and absolutely crippled the economy
Wow, who would have thought that the person who was responsible for the training of the Chicago boys, the people behind the new economic plan, would praise his own plan?
Here's some actual reading for you, right off HIS wiki page
>The economic policies espoused by the Chicago Boys and implemented by the junta caused several economic indicators to decline for Chile's lower classes.[42] Wages decreased by 8%.[43] Family allowances in 1989 were 28% of what they had been in 1970 and the budgets for education, health and housing had dropped by over 20% on average[43] The junta relied on the middle class, the oligarchy, huge foreign corporations, and foreign loans to maintain itself.[44] Businesses recovered most of their lost industrial and agricultural holdings, for the junta returned properties to original owners who had lost them during expropriations, and sold other industries expropriated by Allende's Popular Unity government to private buyers. This period saw the expansion of business and widespread speculation.
Financial conglomerates became major beneficiaries of the liberalized economy and the flood of foreign bank loans. Large foreign banks reinstated the credit cycle, as the Junta saw that the basic state obligations, such as resuming payment of principal and interest installments, were honored. International lending organizations such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the Inter-American Development Bank lent vast sums anew.[43] Many foreign multinational corporations such as International Telephone and Telegraph (ITT), Dow Chemical, and Firestone, all expropriated by Allende, returned to Chile.[43] Pinochet's policies eventually led to substantial GDP growth, in contrast to the negative growth seen in the early years of his administration. Foreign debt also grew substantially under Pinochet, rising 300% between 1974 and 1988.
Have some more, about his brutality. You do realise he came to power in a coup and only maintained power through the military government, there was never democracy under him?

Have some fucking more
>He shut down parliament, suffocated political life, banned trade unions, and made Chile his sultanate. His government disappeared 3,000 opponents, arrested 30,000 (torturing thousands of them) ... Pinochet's name will forever be linked to the Desaparecidos, the Caravan of Death, and the institutionalized torture that took place in the Villa Grimaldi complex.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Augusto_Pinochet#Economic_policy
You don't know fucking anything about pinochet, chile, friedman or the chicago boys. And don't tell me to read when you clearly haven't. You gonna point me to Atlas Shrugged next?
Well I highly recommend People watching by Desmond Morris. It's about body language rather than spoken language, but it's still interesting to see all the universal things we share all around the world. The cool thing is, once you are aware of body language you start to notice it in people.

I would imagine there is something similar for spoken language but I don't have any specifics.

This is a higher quality one and it's still pretty affordable, these would indeed be pretty helpful. Sure, hidden cameras are inherently hidden but they require some basic stuff (Power, a point of view) and based on that you can surmise where they would be should they exist.
Someone who wants to creep you would want to get you naked so bathrooms and bedrooms, aimed at toilet/shower and bed/closet areas, from there you go for POV, where could a camera be that faces these areas. There are ultra small wifi cameras but most people would go with the easiest possible installation (i.e. wired to existing power sources and so on) so it's not as hard as it sounds.
Yeah he is a pretty polarizing figure. I recommend the following.

Che by Jon Anderson.
And to better understand the politics of that time,
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3218736-u-s-presidents-and-latin-american-interventions
There're probably tons, though I don't know of any better than What Every Body is Saying and Spy the Lie.
Hope that helps!
I think Optimum Nutrition offers the best quality/price ratio out there (it also scored the highest in /u/heyf00L 's link). It also tastes okay (although if you drink it with water and not milk you might gag a little).
http://www.amazon.com/health-personal-care/dp/B000QSNYGI
What I do is take a shaker bottle, fill it with heavy cream and then dump a heaping scoop of the ON whey in. It's about 2,500 calories and a fuckload of protein. It tastes repulsive and I chug it in 3 seconds and I feel a bit sick/wonky for the next 30 minutes but man does it help with gains.
Tell him to get these.

I was having the same problem he was. These helped in a huge way. They are not how to get laid books. I also gave them to my best friend and we are both married now.
