There was a DDO novel written: https://www.amazon.com/Shard-Axe-Dungeons-Dragons-Unlimited/dp/0786958596/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?keywords=dungeons+and+dragons+the+sharn+axe+novel&qid=1554748873&s=gateway&sr=8-1-fkmr1
Amazon reviews look pretty decent. I never read it myself so don't know if it is good.
I use G430
Had em for years pretty durable tried plenty of others and they all seemed to break pretty quick.
mic is great, and has surround sound too which is nice.
I have tried the wireless ones but I prefer the cloth ear pads vs the rubber.
>As huge as Eberron is, surely there has to be somewhere one can read about various facets of the universe like the Planes, the history of the different Houses and factions, the deities and religions present in the game, etc. Anything at all.
If you don't want to buy the D&D books, there are wiki sources online with tons of stuff:
I got these two Eberron books at home:
Eberron Campaign Setting
Sharn City of Towers
Plus a ton of AD&D 2 and D&D 3.5 books and novels.
Look this over.
Rather than go with an all-in-one headset with a crappy mic and crappy speakers, I researched for a couple years then pulled the trigger and haven't been happier. It was 2015 and I spent $245 on my headphone/mic setup. It still feels brand new. Here's what I am using:
To hold the mic cable to the headphone cable I got this AntLion Audio ModMic Accessory Cable Clips $1
I got this hanger so I don't have to have my headphones laying on my desk when not in use: Brainwavz Hengja - The Headphone Desk Hanger $14
prices may have changed
Read the first link to learn about headphones and soundstage vs. "3-D" and "multi-speaker" headsets. Everyone has their biases, but I've been convinced. (source: pc gamer and builder for 27 years)
