Same thing exactly, except my uppers. Now I am NOT a dentist so Im not telling you what to do. I even ignored mine. I left them out for over a month. I used 2 products I got off Amazon, helped tons. Ill link them, these are NOT affiliate links and I do not make money from these products. I rinsed with this 3 times a day: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IAH108K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I coated my gums with this first thing in the am and before I went to bed. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JUA664K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
When they healed up I went in and got a soft reline of my dentures. Solved it for me.
