Yavar Dehghani's "Learner's Dictionary" does this. It has the spellings in persian as well, but it's alphatized phonetically by the anglicized transliteration. It's not an exhaustive dictionary, but I believe there are about 20,000 or so entries so it has what a beginner needs most of the time. I don't think it's a subsitute for learning persian script, but it it AMAZING for quickly looking up a word without guessing which "s" or "z" the word starts with, etc. (saves some time for beginners).

I really liked this book - Learn to Read Persian (Farsi) in 5 Days https://www.amazon.com/dp/1988800005/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_Woj3DAfBWUVUd
It’s probably from this compilation of translated poems: The Gift.
Despite the good overall rating on Amazon I tend to agree with the 1-star reviews that at best the author was extremely liberal in his translation and at worst pulling shit out of his ass.
If you are interested in real Hafez poetry look at this website. The English translations on the site aren’t perfect, sometimes the author sacrifices direct translation for more lyricality, but they are authentic.
