Haha well the majority of the plastic look can be attributed to good lighting and a camera that can't pick up fine detail xP The rest of it's due to an absurd amount of looking-after. I scrub with a ped-egg first, then an emery file, then (believe it or not) super fine sandpapery stuff, and finally use the incredibly super amazing Emjoi Micro-Pedi to finish it all off. Honestly, you could probably get by just with the Emjoi, I'm a huuuuuuuge fan! I do this routine after I've dried off from a shower 3-5 times a week :x

I also moisturize at least once daily, and the occasional lube seems to help :P <3

And yes, I realize this is absolutely crazy and probably not a sustainable lifestyle choice. My boyfriend's thanking me for the moment, though!

Well, I did find an alternative from Canon, the SX610 HS PowerShot. It's about 50 pounds more, but is an overall improvement versus the other camera, plus I can personally attest to the brand quality. This one has a powerful zoom function for a digital camera, and records in a full 1080p at 30 FPS. Also, it really doesn't advertise this, but Canon cameras have such a user-friendly interface. It's very easy to just pick it up and start learning more about its features and how it works. I don't know too much about Sony cameras, but their devices aren't the the most easy to use.

Either camera is going to work better than your smartphone camera if you take the picture correctly (an important fact to note, regardless of how expensive a camera you procure). However, the SX610 will have a noticeable improvement over the other camera when it comes to video, which, in my opinion, is where your feet look most exquisite.

Haha, thanks. c;

You can pick them up pretty much anywhere in the womens sock dept by the trouser socks. These are from Target I think?

But here's some on Amazon. Get her to post!

That's the combo from the looks of it at least. Natural nail color with a gloss shine and nail glitter 😉. Hope to see a post down the road with the results if you and your gf were open to it

I think there are options for Cannon. It might be called a Closeup lens instead of macro?

EDIT: it looks like they have macro lens. http://www.amazon.com/Canon-50mm-Compact-Macro-Lens/dp/B00006I53V
