As far as not wanting it to be a "mash up" of pieces, good luck. These are custom costumes and not readily available pieces. You'll have to buy separate pieces, do some constructing on your own, and hope they match up and look ok.

you can tell from this image that its a coat and pants.

I think wearing this jacket (remove the pocket buttons for a cleaner look. Hell, remove ALL the buttons and add some Velcro or snaps inside the "fly" to seal up more cleanly) will work best for your purposes. I can't find a stand-collar style jacket or even just zipper-down bomber in two-tone, and I can't find any in white in dyeable materials. Your best bet is probably this jacket.

there are lots of patterns for shoulder pads online that you can follow with foam and cover with a fabric of your choosing so that the size/color matches the costumes (you can see the shoulder pads are a shinier material than the jacket). Attach with craft spikes

For the pants, wear a split-color jean

this mask

these boots

You could always go with this instead and remove the head so as to form a collar (you would then need to buy a different morph hood for the head, in black) and then do the shoulder pad thing. Much easier. You'll likely run into issues with the amount of lycra/spandex in that suit in terms of adding shoulder pads, etc. Its unlikely they'll sit where you want them to. You're much better off using something that won't stretch, like the cotton jacket above.

Unless you're going to a poppy-themed party, no one is going to know what your costume is, so its not like anyone will be scrutinizing the verisimilitude of it. You might have to settle for "the best I can get on short notice".

It could be a cross bralette. Most of the online sites that sell them are pretty sketchy-looking. Amazon is probably your best bet because the at least the customer service is good. They sell a lot of stuff like this that looks like the picture.

Then again, the model might be wearing fancy panties, in which case these look the most similar.

Edit: Nevermind, you're probably better off looking on Amazon only. Most other websites are hella sketchy and quality is questionable at best.

Don't look at styles with cups or underwires, it's not going to look the same on you unfortunately. You'll probably have more luck (and will compliment your figure better) if you look for styles like:

Unilove Bodysuit Lingerie for Women Sexy Corset with Straps Lace Babydoll Chemise (S) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LWN63KO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Zd3GzbJWACXES

Anyou Women's Sexy Lingerie Hot Lace Teddy Sleepwear Nighty (Small, Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XQWW5TM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Fe3GzbV26V3V5

I found those under "lace bodysuit garter" on Amazon. No cups or wires, which will fit your chest nicer. Amazon is a great place to get low-cost lingerie.

I'd get a plain black full dress like this or this or this and add a satin lilac ribbon to the waist. you can also trim the skirt if you can find a full one but it's not quite short enough. also,
it looks like it might even be a layered thing, like the nightgown or dress might be strapless and those are brastraps you see? I'd put a pretty lacy black bra under whatever dress you pick. good luck!

Sorry, no exact match. Because of the model and background I'm pretty sure it was from Dainty Hooligan but it doesn't seem to be on their page anymore. This one on Amazon is super similar but doesn't have the best reviews, although for the price it couldn't hurt to try it :)

Hi! Amazon has a ton more, Like this, but i can’t testify for quality.

Searching google for “v neck plunge sweater dress knit” yielded a ton of results of various price ranges - if you’re picky about material, throw that in there as well :)

Best of luck!

Brown is pretty neutral so you're open to most options although I think soft colors, neutrals, or jewel tones would be best. I'd recommend something on the more formal side and since it's a holiday party you can't go wrong with a bit of glitz. I threw in some simpler ones too though.

Hi! Here are some similar colorful options. I searched “women’s multicolor bandage dress”, “women’s color block dress” & variations of those. There weren’t many unique ones like Stacey is wearing but they’re still sexy and fun.

I could be wrong, but they look like straight leg jeans to me--similar to skinny jeans, but looser around the ankle. These seem to be similar in color from JC Penney, another pair from Old Navy (the Lakeshore rinse), as well as some on Amazon. Hope that helps! :)

This coat by Alpine Swiss is pretty similar - it's a wool utility coat with a removable hood.

This Vince Camuto hooded jacket is really close, too, and it's expensive but on sale right now for 33% off ... pretty great bargain for the quality. I'd snatch it up if you can afford it. You'll have it for 20 years, easy.
