I can definitely relate! I had mine out 10 years ago and every day since I’ve had chronic pain, inflammation, severe bloating as well as nausea on n off. I mix Bentonite Clay with water and drink that every morning. The clay draws out toxins but it also helps with free flowing bile, pain, and nausea. I recommend putting slightly warm water into a bottle with a lid, add a good pinch of clay, and shake like crazy to get it all mixed together. You want it to be a milky color in the end. It’ll taste weird your first couple times but that fades pretty fast and make sure you drink plenty of water afterword. I know it’s hard to drink anything when you’re nauseated but it does end up helping. I also drink peppermint tea or even just smell a peppermint essential oil bottle for as long as I can lol. The main thing I use though is weed. My symptoms are really severe and smoking weed is the only thing that seriously helps. I hope you find some solutions!

Edit: I forgot to mention Cinnamon + Brown Sugar Biscuits by Belvita! I recently discovered these at Costco (they have them all over too + online) and they have become serious life savers for me. When I’m in pain but have to get something in me, and/or nauseated I eat these! Cinnamon helps to settle your stomach, they’re light + not super sugary, they have a good amount of protein and they’re delicious. I've been LIVING off this soup. No fat and it's gluten free (intolerant). Super tasty. Just like regular chicken noodle soup. I add some rice to thicken it up and make it feel like a full meal. Plus some salt and pepper. It's really good. I can usually get 2 meals out of 1 can with rice mixed in. My local grocery store sells them at 3.50 a can. Much cheaper in bulk on Amazon!

I have no knowledge to partake about loose stools, except to say that a portable bidet attachment on your primary toilet might be a quality of life improvement in the meantime. They sell them for like 40 bucks on Amazon and I've had this one for two years and it's still going strong.

(For those not versed in bidets, it basically blows water at your ass when you're on the toilet and flick a lever.)

It is a godsend when you are wiping a lot, like if you have food poisoning or are prepping for a colonoscopy or whatever. It does a much better job of cleaning than paper, and then you just wipe a little to dry off.

I hope you feel better in the meantime! I think what helped me the best was hot compress, even though I could feel the pain still, it was comforting. Now, I don’t have any pain as I’ve been using this herbal extract one of my friends recommended to me
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0027E4NB4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Honestly don’t know what it is or how it works but it’s actually helped a ton with the pain more than anything.
