Maybe I'm fucked up,
but I think your scars are hot.
Been there lots myself.
____
I haven't done any self injury (SI) for nearly 2 years now and I don't know if I'm glad about that or sad about it. I still think about it probably once a week but thus far have held off. Either way, you have a stunning body and, if you ask me, your scars are nothing to be ashamed of: sure, they are not pretty in the traditional sense, but fuck the traditional sense: they are a history of what has made you who you are today, and if you're anything like me, a good part of why you're still alive today too.

If you haven't heard of it, I strongly recommend the book "A Bright Red Scream: Self Injury and the Language of Pain" by Marilee Strong. It's been several years since I read it, but it has a lot of interesting information about people, like you and I, who have for whatever reason turned to SI for comfort / relief / excitement / actually feeling something / whatever the fuck it meant to you.

The Knotty Boys website has a lot of great tutorials in their "downloads" section. The books are alright, too.

I haven't gotten them yet, myself, but from all the rave reviews that come through the community it seems like your best bet is the books on this website.

Also, ALWAYS have a pair of safety shears (There's even a pink pair, if you like. ;P) handy when playing with rope. There are no excuses not to have a pair of these. You can find them locally at drug stores, usually, too.

Speaking of safety - here's another good book to own...

Right here!

They are a bit pricey, but definitely worth it compared to others on Amazon. These ones are REALLY good quality, and won't get runs in them like others I've tried. Enjoy!

There's guides for the ladies at /r/wicked_edge if there's more interest in shaving tips.

Some more suggestions from a /r/wicked_edge subscriber:

-Pre-shave soap. Musgo Real Glyce Lime Oil (MR GLO) is the standard go-to. It gets everything nice and slick to start with. A major help to a smooth stroke.

-I really love my Thayer's Witch Hazel. I've got the alcohol-free cucumber one, and it really does smell like cucumber (just for a little while, it fades pretty quickly). But there is a myriad of scents available.

-And to mention as others have, there are several better options for shaving cremes or shaving soaps to use, particularly if you are willing to get a brush.

A close up

Turning to the side

No, I didn't get a tattoo. It's a sticker I made. Also, fun fact: My favorite book is on the bookshelf. If you correctly guess it, you get a prize! (Only one guess per day).

edit: Good guesses everyone! This is my favorite book so far in my life. What can I say? Huxley makes me hot. I feel like I should give a half point to VanGoneWilder for mentioning the author.

Good luck with it!

I use something simple, a heavy book or a large water bottle works great. Even better are those large rubber bands you can get from lots of places like sport goods stores or online:

Very pretty pictures, but such a sad story. =[

For recommendations, I'd go with either a Zune or an old Sansa E270.

The Zune is more expensive, has a new shiny model out (meaning the 2.0 hardware can be found for cheaper), and has a very attractive simplistic interface. Its pretty rugged, what with the glass screen and all, and has really good audio quality.

The Sansa e270 is great because, hell, its a 6GB flash player that can be found for about $40. It is also very rugged, with a metal back, but is ultimately disposable due to cost. If you take it to another geek level, you can install RockBox on it and then use it to play games, run apps, install skins, and (most importantly) use micro SDHC cards to expand the memory. 8GB micro-SDHC cards are about $15 nowadays, so for ~$50 to $60 you can have a 14GB flash-based MP3 player. Give it a few years and 32GB SDHC cards will be out and cheap and you can then upgrade it to a 40GB for a negligible amount of money.

I just got this Lenovo Flex 14 because I had a friend who recommended it and it fit my requirements. I can’t really personally recommend it yet cause it’s coming in the mail Friday, but my friend really likes it and it has decent specs for the price.

It's Eros super concentrated bodyglide. Works with latex condoms or bare skin. The bottle I have is only 3 ml, but a little goes a long way. Here is a link to a 100 ml bottle, for the curious. It's nice and slippery without being oily or sticky, and it evaporates on its own. I'd recommend it.

A crawling across the bed angle could be fun, if you think it's possible.
One of these little things could be your best friend.

You should probably take a cotton ball or just use your hands to slap on some Tend Skin for that itching and the bumps. Works for me. It's going to burn a little bit as expected since it's alcohol, but it's kinda like a GOOD fast very light burn that doesn't last, and then after that it feels really smooth. People use that on their face or their body wherever.

Or yeah, you could try waxing. But waxing is still going to cause ingrown hairs and itching on some people, so it's a bit unavoidable. I think the skin really just needs some aftercare similar to the one I just described.

Thanks! Though I think of it as skill, not luck.

As for licking this, it tastes wonderful, like pistachio gelato on top of tiramisu.

  • EDIT: Non-nonsensical word mixup.

Well, I was fortunate that I never really got stretch marks. A friend of mine swore by vitamin E oil to prevent stretch marks so everyday during pregnancy I rubbed this oil all over my body. F**king worked! https://www.amazon.com/Burts-Bees-Lemon-Vitamin-Ounces/dp/B002DPUY9C

Just a fun book on the subject.

Midori is really fun, if you ever get a chance to catch one of her lectures it's worth it even if you don't get into shibari.

You should, when you're feeling like dressing up (dressing down??), wear something like these or these. They are so tantalizingly sexy regardless of placement, and to see them as nipple piercings... man.
