You should look into a root agent. This is what I use every other time I water all my plants and it really works https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07H5V7VZ2?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_pd_title

It’s gentle even on my seedlings, I even use it on my fruit plants as well

I used to use belkin pots buts I haven’t seen my sizes available, they were nice and sturdy. These are the same size– 3.5”x4” but a little flimsier.

For larger plants I use the same brand but 4”x5” and smaller plants in 2.5”x3”.

Not quite the same and not sure if they're available in your area but I use these. I don't worry about the gray absorbing heat/sun since I use grow lights indoors.

These are Muzhi pots from Amazon; the medium size is available for Prime delivery but XS and XL size took a few weeks.
