I got this for Christmas since a friend who does professional art stuff recommended it to me and it's been pretty great.

Awesome! I wanted to go, but had other plans made.

Next time try getting one of these paint pens. With the gloss of the photo and the silver paint, it'll make the autographs pop a lot more and looks better. You'll see it from a mile away.

I'm using this shampoo and conditioner, and I apply this the night before and let it sit overnight before washing my hair the next morning. The oil helps set an environment for your scalp that promotes growth. I also recently started using coconut oil cause that shit is fire for everything. Apply it on my scalp 30 mins before showering and give it a couple washes and rinses. Then, when I towel dry my hair and it's damp I apply some from the midsection to the tips. My hair has been looking the healthiest it ever has since I started using coconut oil. Also, if you can find a way to juice an onion, mixing some onion juice, lemon juice for the smell (and I add some olive oil to help with dry scalp), then applying it on your scalp and letting it sit for an hour before showering boosts hair growth as well. Just need to do that twice a week and probably only for 2 weeks before you see/feel the new growth and can stop. That last one could be tedious and is up to you. Been in this battle for about a year now and just turned 30 on Ray Allen's bday which we share. I see new growth coming in, and at different stages, but it's a process that takes a lot of time and dedication. Keep fighting, brother, you got this!

That's the book I used. I followed it exactly and passed within three days after smoking literally everyday for years.

Sadly, this isn't new. The US has funded fringe terrorist groups before, and will do it again. Examples: El Salvador, Nicaragua, Al Qaeda (who was conflicting with Russia at the time.) Basically, we fund these fringe groups, and even train them, to combat the current incumbents we are at odds with. In other words, we promote Civil Wars within other countries. A foreign policy analyst, his name escapes me at the moment, once said, "One mans freedom fighter is another mans terrorist."

If you're really interested, you should check out this book:

"The Culture of Terrorism" by: Noam Chomsky.

The best part of this whole return of the king storyline is comparing the reaction of the Heat organization, fans, and players to the overwhelmingly vicious one in 2010 from Cleveland and the Cavs. It's amusing to see the Cavs, Gilbert, and their fans acting so happy to see him again (well, maybe not Gilbert as much) without so much as a real recognition of the (recent) past. A quick review:

None of them seem to remember pissing on urinal cakes and bobbleheads of Lebron's face, holding signs up in Heat-Cavs games that said "Like father, like son", the book a Cleveland area writer published called "The Whore of Akron", burning his jersey, telling him they never wanted him back (they did though), rooting for the Mavs in 2011 with a slogan of "Defeat Pure Evil"...

And did I forget to mention that their billionaire owner wrote a letter that called him a coward, narcissist, cursed him (voodoo style), and someone who isn't a role model?

Oh, and that same billionaire owner reduced the price of Lebron's fathead to $17.41, the year of Benedict Arnold's birth.

Or remember when that same BILLIONAIRE OWNER tweeted out, a full year after the decision when all of those emotions could settle: "Mavs NEVER stopped & now entire franchise gets rings. Old Lesson for all: There are NO SHORTCUTS. NONE." Oh, and by the way, the governor of the great state of Ohio, where lebron ran, bled, cried, and grew up? He motherfucking issued a public resolution that commended the Mavs for their "loyalty, integrity and teamwork." He also made them honorary Ohioans. What a joke.

Let's not forget Dan Gilbert's contribution to the lockout as he tried to get rules passed to ruin superteams... only to 4 years later get on his knees for the dominating force of a player he cursed (no, seriously, he did that) and try to get a superteam of his own.

Before I finish up here, pause for a moment and imagine how much ANY of that would be held against Miami as a fanbase, a city, and its organization if they did a single one of those things. Now compare that to the general narrative that's woven over this whole return to Cleveland.

I mean if LeBron can forgive Gilbert I guess that's all that matters, but maybe I'm just an embittered cynic - to forgive Gilbert he'd need to call a public press conference and effusively admit how stupid, inept, and nasty he was and the city was after LeBron left. He's no where near Micky Arison and it's a damn shame that LeBron is going to play for that particular owner in light of his stance on Sterling earlier this year. I would've been OK (as OK as I could've been) with LeBron leaving if Gilbert didn't own the Cavaliers.
