I consider myself a newbie in the hotsauce arena, but I've been enjoying at least 1 new bottle per week for quite a while, and have found that the more I learn about the range of sauces and varieties that are becoming popular, the more exciting possible flavor combinations there are yet to discover.
One I've enjoyed so much this year that I've purchased it 3x over is called Ass Blaster: http://www.amazon.com/Ass-Blaster-Hot-Sauce-Flavor/dp/B000G6PUZS
It's pretty great. Yes, there are many that are hotter, but this one definitely packs a good punch. It does include extract, but not enough IMO to be too prominent. It also includes carrots, which I really enjoy in some sauces. It is sometimes packed in a novelty wooden 'outhouse' box, but if you're just looking for great sauce, don't bother spending money on the box. Just get the bottle. It's great.
3 others that I've enjoyed recently are:
&
Reaper Sling Blade, both from from CaJohn's Fiery Foods.
None of these 3 are terribly competitive in terms of heat. (heat seekers should look elsewhere) They have a moderate but satisfying burn, but they all have a rich and robust pepper taste. Sling Blade is especially on my short list of re-purchase items. I plan to always keep that one stocked. It might even unseat Ass Blaster as my current favorite.
(Edit: formatting)
The Scotch Bonnet & Ginger lives up to its 'ginger' name, so if you don't particularly like ginger (me), probably not for you. I'll still eat it, but it has more specific pairings than an 'everything' sauce. It's also lacks a lot of heat I thought would come with the scotch bonnet. Like a 30k sauce. Oh well, not bad, just not my preference.
The Tequila lime jala is great, good choice there. Hab and coffee wasn't available when I bought mine, looking to try it. Also look at the Ghost and Black Charcoal that just came out if possible.
El Yucateco is my goto everything sauce for heat. Good stuff.
I'd suggest adding Yellowbird Ghost, while not super spicy, it has great saucy consistency and a good flavor. Usually a great value for the amount you get too ($20 for 40oz vs $20 for like 12 oz of Tabasco)
Lucky Dog's Year of the Dog is the most impressive sauce I've had that meets those criteria. Not ridiculous-hot, but the thai chiles are definitely spicier than you might expect.
Palo Alto Firefighters Ghost Pepper sauce has an excellent rounded flavor that stands out and certainly delivers the heat. Oddly, I compare the flavor most to Trader Joe's (surprisingly tasty) "Chili Pepper Sauce" but with a helluva lot more heat.
Finally, Gator Hammock's Lethal Gator sauce is pretty damn hot and has a wonderful unique flavor with strong black pepper and mustard overtones. It's pretty unique, has habaneros and scotch bonnets for heat, and is amazing with pork, chicken, or fish.
It's can be a pain to buy hot sauce online when you have to deal with shipping costs and higher prices on some sites.
I mainly order from heathotsauce. They have so many sauces to choose from and the $5.99 flat rate shipping is great. Always very helpful to answer questions and recommend sauces as well. I really like them as a company.
Otherwise, I try to keep an eye out for good deals when I can find them.
19.6oz Yellowbird Habanero is now on amazon for $7.99 which is a great price. They also have Dirty Dick's. They had 2-packs of 10oz Marie Sharp Habanero at a good price, but I just noticed it went up by like $5. However the [Fiery Hot Habanero 2-pack](https://www.amazon.com/Marie-Sharps-Fiery-Sauce-Pack/dp/B00FZ6GO04/ Fiery Hot Habanero) is now even cheaper. Prices can fluctuate on there so I check them out every so often. If you order enough to hit the $25 free shipping mark it's definitely worth it.
Ebay can also be a good place to look. I recently bought more Scorpion Gourmet for $7 shipped per bottle, which is a solid price when you think about shipping. You can get 3 bottles of Gringo Bandito for $14 shipped. That's pretty much close to retail, and it's only place where I can get the hotter black label version, which aren't in the stores near me.
If you like green sauces the Bronx Greenmarket sauce and Marie Sharp's Green Habanero are great options.
Any of the yellowbird condiments are also good starting points and they come in variety/sample packs, though you'll pay a premium for the sample sizes. They have a 3 pack of the 19oz bottles for about the same price as the 5 pack of tiny bottles but you get to try 2 less flavors. Cholula also makes some very good flavors, their Chili Garlic is among the best for less heat inclined people and you can also find it in most grocery stores.
Most of the non-green sauces that I use regularly are pretty spicy, I'm familiar with more mild green sauces because those are my wife's preference.
Also Butterfly Bakery of Vermont's hot sauces are on amazon, though they're cheaper on their actual website
https://bigredshotsauce.com/shop/the-big-yella-sauce/
The Big Yella Sauce - Big Reds Hot Sauce
This is my new favorite hot sauce.
https://www.amazon.com/Arizona-Gunslinger-Hot-Sauce-Variety/dp/B00FE4B1DC
Amazon.com : Arizona Gunslinger Hot Sauce - 3 Variety Gift ...
The habanero gunslinger is my go to traditional sauce.

Private Selection Culinary Hot Sauce Mango Scotch Bonnet ...
Easily a delicious, inexpensive sauce. As you can see, I'm a fan of sweet hot! Haha!
I buy most everything from Amazon.
Not sure how cost effective it is, but I love easy solutions.
Grace Hot Sauce Variety Pack (6pk) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07251BD4T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_T-d1CbN8Y4AT3
After doing a bit of research from this chart: http://www.scottrobertsweb.com/scoville-scale/
For the value $12.29 with prime and coming in at 6 million scovilles; this will be your best bet!
https://www.amazon.com/Get-Bitten-Black-Mamba-Sauce/dp/B00PZ4YAD4/
The reviews are iffy but that list should help ya! Some of those super hots are around the $30+ area so around $8-$15 there's some hot stuff out there as well.
You never specified a budget.
Yeah - I guess the degree of hot sauces are very subjective, but my absolute favorite hot sauce is Sontava Habanero Xxhot,
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001SAY8ZO/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_Vi4iub0Y2SV0X
I would rank it at the high end of medium heat. Great flavor and enough heat to feel it but not so much heat that you have to back off during your meal.
I buy it at world market, in case you're interested.
Thank you and Jonas for your time!
The hottest sauce I have right now is from a Czech brand, called Bestie Mash. It's Trinidad Scorpion, which comes in at 1 250 000 shu. I normally add a dab in to BBQ sauce for fries, or else mix it in to chilli. It does the business. You can find it over here. There is also a restaurant that you can visit in Prague, for fine hot food dining. Yupm that exists too.
Finding hot sauce is difficult in Central / Eastern Europe. However, I am looking to see what I can find. I have found this online store, but I think you'll be able to get these products in the USA.
Anyway, that being said, if you can find some Hungarian hot paprika, it really is great! Normally powdered, but boy oh boy, it is tasty - smokey and full flavoured. It's used in Hungarian Goulash.
Last but not least - and you should be able to get this in the USA - Nando's Extra Hot, which you can get from Amazon. That's a super hot sauce, which you can also use as a marinade from chicken.
What's your favourite sauces at the moment?
Most stores like Walmart/target, have normal sized Tabasco bottles. You should be able to find on amazon full size bottles of Tabasco that are giant here same day delivery lol. , interestingly enough, the tiny bottles of Tabasco are part of the Tabasco culture. Just recently read about this.
Marie Sharp's Hot Sauce 6 Pack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001A39KIY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_-Oj-BbJ31232J
Gringo Bandito GB Collection Hot Sauce Variety Pack, 5 Ounce (Pack of 4) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00XLHS8HQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_NPj-BbXK2C7MH
Marie Sharp's is some of the best hot sauce in the world. Still carrot based so it will have a little sweetness, but no added sugar like the Yellowbird. Gringo Bandito is pretty lowbrow, but I'm a big fan.
I really enjoy the pain is good brand. my fav is Louisiana style.
https://www.amazon.com/Pain-Good-Batch-Louisiana-Style/dp/B004EXLD1O
Hmm. this seems to be below your 67,000
We seem to have similar taste, this looks a lot like my collection.
Frank's and El Yucateco would fit right in.
I recently found a sauce that is a medium heat level , that complements everything that i put it on. Its called aji sobremesa hot sauce. It's made with yellow Peruvian aji peppers and its soooo good. Found it on amazon. Here is the link:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VDBJY32?ref=myi_title_dp
I got this off of amazon. Here is the link
Apera Instruments AI2801 801 Powerful Magnetic Lab Stirrer/Stir Plate, Speed Range: 0-2300 RPM, Max Stirring Capacity: 3000ml https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01F34Y7VK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_BrmkDbFG8RE6S
I tried the original Chile Habanero flavor. I feel like I may have also tried the green one and didn't like the taste of that either.
It’s more of a hot sauce that’s black pepper/bbq based ... Pain is Good. Probably prohibitively expensive if you plan on treating it like a bbq sauce rather than a hot sauce.
This it?

or if you have Amazon Prime there's this even better deal: https://www.amazon.com/Marie-Sharps-Hot-Sauce-Pack/dp/B001A39KIY/ref=asc_df_B001A39KIY/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312140299152&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=5439687130145943377&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9027797&hvtargid=pla-525162326810&psc=1
Tabasco is hotter. And it's available by the gallon for $40.95gal. They also have Tabasco Habanero in gallon jugs for $46.75gal. Tapatio has a good flavor, but as far as heat goes, it isn't very hot at all.
