You don't want to skimp on silk underwear/compression shorts. Plan to spend the majority of your money here, since it's around a sensitive area. Plus if you get cheap compression shorts, you run the risk of rubbing holes in them where your thighs meet :P Some good brands to check out would be Under Armour, Champion, and Hanes. Champion can run really expensive though, so watch out. Stores to look at for cheaper prices are Walmart, Kohls, Target, etc. Ebay also might have some for cheap, but of course make sure they're new with tags. Also, do you specifically want SILK boxers? Those aren't going to come cheap. Knit ones are much easier to find for <5 or in packs for <10. Here's a link to compression shorts on Amazon, they might seem a little expensive but you're not going to get any cheaper without sacrificing quality. Uniqlo's Arisim line also has a really good rep over on /r/malefashionadvice.

For athletic shorts, you could probably find some in here. On Amazon try this or this or this (you get the idea).

Sorry that the graphic tees are expensive, maybe buy one a month? 6dollarshirts was a good place to visit, keep checking there. Aliexpress also has a lot of cheap ones and free shipping, but shipping might take a while.

I have a friend with Crohn's and he swears by the soup recipes at allrecipes.com He recommends you get a juicer to make most of the recipes. His favorite is Butternut Squash soup.

As for the Pho broth, I can personally recommend:
VV Foods Beef Soup Base It's pretty cheap for 8 jars ($50,) but I think you can find it in packs of 4 for $25. I've tried their chicken variety, and it's just as good, but I prefer the beef myself. The reviews on amazon seem to support my tastes as well! :)

Likely you either burned something up in the power supply or possible on the board. His harddrive might still be in working order.

Open the case and observe the board itself. You can usually see a brown or black mark on the board if anything on it was actually the source of the smoke.

Disconnect everything from the power supply and you can test it with a power supply tester.

Is similar to the one I own but you can find them other places. If the power supply tests out it is likely the board that was the source of the smoke.

With any luck it is just the power supply and that can easily be replaced.

As a side note, be aware noise cancelling only works on repetitive/constant noises (like aeroplane engine noise , not disordered noises).
