Nice!

I haven't really found any good photo albums, especially for the wide. Most of them seem to be of the "cheap" variety (poor quality from the design, to the capacity, to the pages). I'd love to find a good one, even at a premium price.

What I will recommend for storage though:

The 3x5 version holds the Instax Wide photos nicely. It is essentially a "shoe box" but has a much nicer look and a divider to keep them standing up. Not quite what you're looking for, but I've got a bunch of them for the Instax Wide (and they hold 2x instax mini)

That's pretty much the best price you will find for a twin pack. You can buy a 60 pack for around $39 HERE if you are willing to buy that much film at a time. If you don't want to wait for the film to arrive in the mail, Best Buy usually sells twin packs for $14 plus tax, but they tend to run out quick at the Best Buy near me. All in all, it will usually be around $0.60 - $1 per picture with this type of film.

Sorry, late to this thread, but I use these photo albums for my Instax Wide film: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KGQNDLF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

It works well, you just have to open the book in landscape orientation. Otherwise, the photos fit perfectly in the pockets.

Have a mobile solution working on an iPad Pro with iOS 9.3.3.

Purchased this Lexar MicroSD adapter:

Lexar microSD To Lightning Reader - LRWMLBNL https://www.amazon.com/dp/B012PKYVT8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_4YjjzbG7DQDDT

My steps are:

  • Send pictures to my iPad's camera roll via WiFi. If your camera doesn't have Wifi you need a lightning to SD adapter or something similar.
  • Open up the Lexar Mobile Manager App (the card reader prompts you to download this free app automatically)
  • Copy the desired photos to In-App Storage. You need to do this so you can rename the photos (which the app doesn't let you do otherwise).
  • Rename photos to AAAA####.JPG
  • Move photos to root of MicroSD card.

This works with any photo I've tried to do this way. I think it's a pretty good mobile solution since no matter what you need a MicroSD adapter.

If you have Amazon Prime, check here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00FR85IRK/ref=dp_olp_new_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=new

There are multiple sellers listed here with Prime Fulfillment that can get it there as soon as tomorrow (just check to make sure it's New condition). I know BestBuy used to sell it instores at a high price but seems to have taken it out of stores. If you have prime, also check out Prime now (primenow.amazon.com) - they give free 2-hour delivery even on weekends but items vary from city to city since it's all from the local warehouses

I use these [Business Card]
(https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B001J8EIEQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_dp_T1_IA4FzbVPVHVCV) folders. I like that I can display them in sets of 10, the same number of shots in a pack.

The capacity is 200, but I don't put them back to back as I intend to write little slips of information of the back (who, where and when). The only issue is that I haven't found a binder that I like enough to put them into, so they are just slipin'-and-a-slidin' in a box at the moment.

I guess you could always find a business card holder-folder that had a cover already.

If you haven’t already, see if you can contact Fuji in Europe via their support #. Maybe they can sell you the replacement part directly.

Edit: is shipping from Amazon any cheaper? https://www.amazon.com/FujiFilm-Instax-Replacement-Battery-Cover/dp/B00O968JHC

When I want to cut my flash I just put a little colored masking tape over it. Get good quality though, otherwise you may end up with the glue sticking to the camera. Basically this or this.

> convert the tripod mount to a tripod mount + a cold shoe

That's called a flash bracket. You can look for all types. Here is a cheap and simple one: http://www.amazon.com/Vello-CB-600-Straight-Flash-Bracket/dp/B007CB4Z4C

Isolating this between the Instax Mini Camera - https://www.target.com/p/fujifilm-instax-mini-9-camera/-/A-53804280?preselect=54084371

&

the Instax Mini Link Printer - https://www.amazon.com/Fujifilm-Mini-Link-Smartphone-Printer/dp/B07XYPBKT9

Both uses the same Fuji mini film. Say you took a picture of the same object/same lighting (Maybe I'm not understanding this) - but simply put...are the print quality different between the two?
