34. Choline Powder- Supports Cognitive Function & Memory, no Added fillers, Promotes Brain, Nervous System, Cell, General Health - Vegan, Non-GMO, Supplement. Best for Focus, and Studying for Memory.

    Features:
  • SUPERIOR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE:Choline Bitartrate from LiveLong Nutrition™ is an essential nutrient that supports Acetylcholine levels and mental performance.* If you need a mental edge and supercharged neuro-muscular force, pick up a bottle of Choline Bitartrate and perform better, both mentally and physically.
  • MUSCULAR CONTRACTION SUPPORT:Without adequate Acetylcholine levels, it doesn’t matter how much muscle you have, you may fail to complete that last grueling rep of your last set. Acetylcholine supports healthy muscular contractile force.* Even the most advanced athlete knows what it’s like to have the muscle to power through that last rep, but failure ensues. That’s where Choline comes in. By supporting Acetylcholine levels, the ability for the nervous system to signal the motor units within your muscle cells increases.* With each rep, Acetylcholine levels deplete.
  • MENTAL EDGE SUPPORT:Choline Bitartrate is a highly bioavailable form of this essential nutrient. Choline cannot be created by the body, and the modern diet seems to be lacking in Choline, therefore increasing Choline intake through an effective and efficient supplement like Choline Bitartrate from LiveLong Nutrition™ is an excellent way to increase levels of this important precursor to Acetylcholine, the primary neurotransmitter involved in normal memory formation and healthy cognitive function.
  • STACK IT:Add this to your daily supplement regime. Easy to consume, we recommend taking a scoop with orange juice to help mask the bitter flavor of the powder.

The guys over at /r/skoolies would love to help you! There are also a ton of books on conversion. :)

Here are a couple, though they can be kind of expensive.

Yes. I have to negotiate with myself so I can do things.

Conscientious me: You need to do your homework. How about we do homework for thirty minutes without getting distracted and then you can do what you want for the next hour.

Lazy me: Hmm... sounds pretty good, you've got yourself a deal.

If either one of you breaks, you have to punish yourself. You must maintain honesty and mutual respect in this arrangement, otherwise you cannot accomplish anything. That's a trick I've learned from the book 12 Rules For Life, which I find to be very helpful in getting myself off my lazy/unmotivated ass.

Pick me! Pick me! I'm INTJ and have an ISTP wife. We've been married for 7 years. We generally get along GREAT. It is very cerebral at times. Occasionally getting on each other's nerves. The great thing about my wife is that she has "short term memory". Though she may get cross with me she's right as rain in the morning.

The single best advice I can give you is to read this book. https://www.amazon.com/His-Needs-Her-Building-Affair-Proof/dp/0800719387

I learned of it when having trouble with my first wife. The book was so damn good.

Here is the website. http://www.marriagebuilders.com

Don't focus on the MBTI stuff.

Though my ISTP wife has trouble expressing her feelings, it's great that there are ZERO games. She's direct. My intuition often makes me more "feeling". I know she cares deeply for me, but has trouble expressing it. Don't be too put off by that. Look at her actions. These are action people when it comes to feelings.

Well you could go down the rabbit hole and start with reading Gifts Differing by Myers-Briggs and Psychological Types by Carl Jung but you're probably not gonna wanna do that and probably just watch some Youtube videos about what it means to be a badass, thrill-seeking, motorcycle riding, handyman, fix-all-things mechanic.

I'm a very heavy sleeper and I dream nearly every night. Sometimes it's just a short scene, other times an elaborate sequence of events. It's worth noting that I'm a night owl and I fuck up my sleep cycle too often. My sleep deprivation causes REM rebound which gives me vivid dreams more frequently. Strangely enough, less sleep means more dreams. I want to try the Dream Leaf supplements, but you have to wake up 4-5 hours after you sleep to take the second pill and I sleep too heavily to wake myself up like that.

This was where I got it from. Good read, VERY descriptive explanations. He gives information on childhood experiences that can promote a specific enneagram. He also gives very detailed patterns of behavior you could expect in just about every mood you could think of. In the back, there are the "cheat sheets;" they are a lot more complex than the simplification above.

I tried to get into meditating once. The practice of it was never really my thing. I don't know, just always felt like I was just sitting there wasting time that could be spent better elsewhere. I really got off on the thought aspect of it though. A lot of Buddhist teachings are more about how to kill your ego and stuff like that. I recommend checking out The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. It starts out with a story from when he was a child and saw his teacher talk someone through death for the first time; really heavy stuff.

they typically come with a scoop that's like 1gram or whatever and then you can read online about what works for people. Its mostly experimenting by starting off low and then seeing if increasing helps or doesn't help - everyones body is different. I usually took 2-4 scoops in the morning and another 2 half way through the day.

As far as choline, although its recommended, this stuff just made me SO TIRED an hour after i took it - i took Choline Bitartrate. 500mg I could bear, but 1gram or more and I just wanted to sleep. I'd lay down to watch TV and want to go to just nap... so i first started taking it at night but then just stopped taking it. It could also have been due to bitartrate being the "lower quality choline" vs cirate or CDP choline etc. I lot of foods have it anyways (like eggs) so chances are you're naturally getting it anyway. I stopped taking it completely.
