2. Trace Minerals Research - Concentrace Trace Mineral Drops, 8 fl oz Liquid & Research Performance Electrolyte Stamina, High Performance Energy Formula, 300 Tablets - Bundle Pack Exclusive

    Features:
  • ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops is an all natural mineral concentrate that’s made by using ConcenFlo, our proprietary harvesting process. ConcenTrace contains naturally occurring ionic trace minerals from the Great Salt Lake with 99% sodium removed.
  • Electrolyte Stamina is ideal for sports performance, people working in high temperatures, and anyone expecting to experience high levels of fluid loss. Vitamin B6 (P-5-P) and Taurine help get magnesium into the cells more effectively to help reduce muscle cramps, maintain muscle stamina, and support ATP production and cardiovascular endurance.
  • Ideally, minerals should come from eating a raw food diet. However, even eating a raw food diet isn’t enough since researchers have proven that soils have been depleted of minerals. Therefore, if it’s not in the soil, it’s not in the food. Here’s where ConcenTrace comes in–taking ConcenTrace every day ensures you’re getting a full spectrum of ionic trace minerals, which are the same kind of bioavailable ionic trace minerals that are found in foods!
  • Electrolyte Stamina Tablets replenish your body’s lost nutrients during activity so you can perform at your best. These nutrients help conduct the electrical energies and balance fluid absorption and pressure throughout the body so you can feel recharged. In fact, by taking Electrolyte Stamina Tablets after a hard workout (or during periods of hot weather), we know you’ll feel a difference within 60 minutes.
  • For individuals who lose high amounts of electrolytes, we recommend also using Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak, Electrolyte Stamina Shot, Endure, Flavored ConcenTrace, Hydration I.V., Max-Hydrate, and 40,000 Volts! Electrolyte Concentrate.

At the end of the day it's up to your body. Some people 50 is fine, some 25 is the only way to fly. Gotta get some Ketone test strips and see how you're doing.

Overall I've found my carb "optional" consumption boils down to two major categories:

#1 - Laziness and old habits. I'm used to a bread based sandwich, so what should I go to replace the bread? Or I'm used to X in my Y. Most of these I just needed to research for alternatives along with time to mentally adjust.

#2 - Craving for sweets/snacks. Especially the first few days when going through the indoctrination of keto flu - I really want carbs/sugar. For that I've gotten ChocZero (because I really like chocolate). I break up each piece in to 4 small pieces and savor the heck out of them. After being on Keto for a time, sometimes I want one for that classic "I need dessert" feeling, but rarely do I have more than 1 every few days. Snack... much the same concept. Desire that crunch? Find something to replace it. For me it was Pork Rinds (aka chicharrones) - sometimes with a little guac for dip.

But always always measure. If you're not 100% used to the diet, measure/weight everything.

I take tablets and use drops in my drinks. Here's a link to both. Keto Chow also makes some good electrolyte drops that are more portable:
