I’m late to comment on this, but DaVinci makes a sugar free syrup that is coffee liquor flavor. I put a splash of that in my keto White Russians and it’s perfect! (They also make a B-52 flavor, Irish Cream, Amaretto, Butter rum, plus fruity ones). Pretty much add to vodka and make any keto drink your heart desires!

This is the Dirty Gibson from Keto Happy Hour. It has 2.4 net carbs according to Cronometer. For any of you interested in the Cronometer custom recipe you can find it here.

The links for the ingredients I used are linked to the text of the ingredient itself.

Ingredients

Gin (2 oz, or 1.5 oz plus another .5 oz)

Vermouth (Dry, .5 oz, make sure it has no sense of humor)

Cocktail Onion Brine (.5 oz, if it smells like butts you have the right thing)

Garnish

Cocktail Onions (2, they look like little butt smelling pearls, so bleached butt pearls)

Recipe

  1. Fill a Beverage Discombobulater (Cocktail Shaker) and a Martini Holding Device (Martini Glass) with Ice (both separately). We are trying to freeze the taste out of hiding.
  2. Add the ingredients to the chilly discombobulater.
  3. Use the discombobulater for its purpose and discombobulate the beverage until the bobulater is frosty on the outside.
  4. Strain the dizzy beverage into the Martini Holding Device.
  5. Take a sip of the drink.
  6. Decides it tastes like frozen butts and dump out the rest.
  7. Drink something else to get the taste of butts out of your mouth.
  8. Cleanup. Make Mr. Rogers proud because you are an upstanding member of the community.

    Taste
This tastes like Gin mixed with butts. For an objective taste, it taste like the evergreen taste of Gin with the dry taste of the vermouth and a hint of the salty? (I can't quite describe the taste) of the cocktail onions.

    Notes

If you like a Martini or similar drinks, you should try this one. Personally, I won't be having this again. It was pretty gross.

Sure! This is the recipe I used:

– 1 oz lime juice (or lime juice substitute)
– 1/2 oz Sugar Free Triple-Sec (I spent some carb allotment and used Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao)
– 1/2 oz Sugar Free Almond Syrup
– 1 oz aged Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross)
– 1 oz aged Martinique agricole rhum (Rhum Clement)
– 1 egg white (not traditional but adds mouthfeel that's lost when not using sugar)

Feel free to play with the proportions depending on the syrups you're using.

This would add extra nogg flavor, you can find ingredients on the website. Click on eggnog then label. I believe only maple has sugar. I tried their Bavarian. I was highly impressed that it tasted amazing. I put 6 drops in about a cup of heavy cream. It tasted like the inside of an eclair. I just sprinkled cocoa on it. Lorann Hard Candy Flavoring Oil Eggnog Flavor 1 Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00373O62K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_O6t1BbR1967MY vendors on Amazon sell combos.

https://www.lorannoils.com/eggnog-flavor-0420-larger i believe they sell droppers. Their flavors are strong.

Super simple:

3oz of your favorite whiskey/bourbon

1.5 oz fresh lemon juice

1oz Monin Sugar Free Syrup

Shake with crushed ice, strain into a glass with ice cubes. Delicious!

My favorite sugar-free electrolyte caplets! They're a tad pricey but ok for what you get IMO, they always save my ass from hangovers.

And thank frick blow is keto or I'd be in deep waters :)

Let me just add that Zevia makes a fantastic 0-cal ginger beer, which I have recommended on this sub before. I get it at Safeway on the west coast, but it's also on Amazon for a not-terrible price. It really tastes gingery and great.

This was what I used. It seems a little pricey but it's bitters, therefore, pretty potent. Even after 5 tiny Mic Ultra 8oz cans (and I wasn't being stingy with it) it doesn't look like I used any. I'm sure any brand will do. https://www.amazon.com/Bittermens%C2%AE-Hopped-Grapefruit-Bitters-5oz/dp/B004Y4Z9EA

Goslings makes a diet ginger beer. I’ve found it at the grocery store before.

Good luck with the search though.

Trace Minerals brand

When I make an electrolyte drink I use a teaspoon of this, but then I'll also add a few shakes of this potassium salt so that i get a good 10-15% of my recommended potassium in one drink.

We make our own from Sucralose powder + water. I see the have it at Amazon.uk so you might give that a shot.

We usually do 1 Tbs:1 cup water and it makes it pretty darn sweet. A 100g bag lasts two of us about 9 months, using it in coffee or tea every day.

Cock & Bull diet ginger beer is great, and very gingery. You can get it on Amazon , but it’s only like $6 for a 4-pack at my local grocery store, vs. way more expensive online.

There’s also this one. I have another one of her cookbooks and it’s great.

Finally made my favorite tiki drink using the Ke-Tiki book. It was kind of a process to make all the syrups but it was worth it.

Ke-Tiki: The Keto & Low-Carb Guide to Tiki Drinks https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MDSMBKM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_dElRCb9VHP1Y7

For those who want to check out the book^

I'll start out (as with most days) with these mixed with white rum. Probably have a few slowly sipped shots of Makers Mark on the side throughout the night as well. When the ball drops, I'll switch off to a bottle of Brut until that's gone. Might have some Malbec or a White Russian or two with this during the night as well. Looking forward to it all!
