Alright, I can give you some places to start.

If you're based in the US, you can digitally purchase Hush on Amazon Music and it is also available via Spotify.

However, when it comes to international album sales, unfortunately Korean music charts/programs don't count digital music sales. They only count physical album sales.

The only way your digital purchase would count for things like music shows and other awards would be if you purchase/stream the album from a Korean music site like Melon, Bugs, etc. However, these portals usually require subscriptions (though most do accept foreign credit cards).

Melon used to be the main place to go for digital, but since they updated their rules to essentially be region locked to Korea (you need a KR phone number to verify your account), a lot of international people have moved over to Bugs.

Amazon.co.jp have Paradise for about $16.30 and A-Cha for about $18.44. Both have free shipping with Amazon prime but, I don't know if that covers international. You should be able to start a trail of prime and see how it goes. With the international shipping, You'd be at $63.97.
